Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sulphur

The food, nachos especially, were not prepared up to Taco Bell standards. When I brought this to the attention of the clerk, she was very rude. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell location. The previous review was left a year ago, but I want to update it. Saturday night, November 17, 2018 I entered the drive-thru line at 7:33 p.m. and it was very busy at the time with it being a Saturday night. You know how Taco Bell is LOL once you get in line you're stuck there. I would not leave the drive-thru window with my order until 8:10. And upon reaching home I discovered that my order was incorrect so I gave it an hour thinking maybe the line would clear and I went back. I was told the reason for the long wait was because they only had one cook at the time. I wasn't given my receipt when I went the first time but when I went the second time they remembered me. And they were going to make my order good so I accepted it and I left again and went home. Well, I guess it was my mistake this time, because when I checked the order again, it still wasn't correct. Not only did I not receive the correct order, I received an order that a customer in front of me turned in! How do I know this? I watched the guy return an order at the door a few minutes in front of me. When I got this order, it was not at all what I had paid for, it was cold, and the food was saturated with fire sauce! I never make bad reviews and understand the amount of pressure that lunch time brings, but there are so many unsanitary factors that come with giving me someone's old order that they returned! The last time we were there we ordered a taco case, and instead of using the box it comes in, we got a bag, which fell apart when we got home. This is my only negative experience at this location, and it was explained that they just ran out of their boxes which is totally fine. Customer service is awesome, A+ for customer service, but the parking lot and entrance to the parking lot needs work, as it has a big bump when you enter which causes unnecessary wear and tear on vehicles.
