Crust Pizza Co. - Sulphur — Restaurant in Sulphur

Went here and ordered about 3:50 pm Father's Day; yesterday. After reading the reviews I was looking forward to the food and experience. There was no other table being served except toward the end of my time there. I ordered a Veggie pizza with cauliflower crust due to having a gluten allergy. Prior to eating while paying I gave a good tip. Didn't receive my pizza until 4:25 pm and it was presented on a high rack on the table. I was looking forward to a hot pizza and it was room temperature and I was disappointed. The pizza was good but it was like I was eating leftovers due to it seemed like it had been sitting in the back cooling off and forgotten about while I sat there hungry and waiting and looking around for it to come out. There was not much communication either with staff; just ordering and the pizza being placed in front of me. I spent $30 for me alone and left a $6 tip which was decent due to ordering at register you fill your own drink and get your napkins and silverware they only place the food in front of you. I was expecting more out of the experience. No one came by and communicated anything except to put the pizza on the table. The person I was dining with said theirs was not hot either, an Alfredo something. They were almost finished with their meal before I was brought my meal also.

Thanks for the response. The cauliflower crust was on the menu thought it was easily prepared. This makes sense I wasn't informed of this when I was there. Yes I will give another try one day and I will change my rating to 4 stars. I don't typically complain that is why I didn't say anything when I was there. 1 star - I normally order something crazy but I actually had a craving for spaghetti and meatballs. I should have known better. Tasted like it came off the child's menu, absolutely no flavor. Hardly any sauce. Meatballs tasted like they were the frozen kind from store.

1 star - Garlic bread that went with it or whatever the bread was.... flavorless. Just thick flavorless bread.

3 stars - Cheese bread pizza. Lots of cheese.

3 stars - Pizza was ok. Stuffed thin crust. With all the toppings we added, it should have had more flavor. We ordered it extra crispy and it wasn't crispy at all.

3 stars - Stuffed pepperoni things were really good.

1 star - Cinnamon stick dessert was dry and the bread was chewy. Honestly I think this should be taken off the menu.

With prices the way they are these days, It's not worth the gamble eating at this place. Could have ordered out for pizza and had better food.

Either we got horrible food on a horrible night or the 5 star...

My family and I ordered our food, I paid cash, and we received our number to go sit down. I glanced at the receipt and noticed I had been over charged for the bill. I then politely stood in line again until my turn and showed the cashier of the issue, she agreed I was overcharged and tried to correct it. She was unable to do so, and asked another employee to help. He also was unable to figure out how to use the register system to correct the issue. He told me he would have a manager correct it and bring me my cash. I went back to my family and enjoyed dinner. At the end of dinner 40 or so minutes, still no information or manager. I didn’t have time nor patience to start this whole issue all over again, so we left this business for the last time. We go to this company often for meals, probably 2Xs a week, but it’s not going to happen...
