Roma’s Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Sulphur

We came in with a group of 11 and order food, we got 3 of the salads which the lettuce was a little brown then we seen a dead roach on our table. They bathrooms were nasty and not cleaned very well for a restuarant and there was noone else there when we were there. So we cancelled our order and left. Not really an apology or anything. I left my tye-dye bucket hat on my chair when we and I came back to get after we ate down the street. I walked in a guy went back in the back to retrieve it which took him about 5 minutes, a lady brought it to me soaked like it was dry when I left it, I came back and asked for the owners phone number and the lady at the register was rude and said "I'm busy", i said I'll wait and she replied back the she tables to clean and wouldn't help me. I seen the guy in the window and pointed to him and said he can help me, I asked him for the phone number and he said why? I said because my hat is soaked and it wasn't before. He said it Houghton I'd wash it since it was on the floof and dint want me to wear it if it's been on the floor, I said i was going to put it on my head until I got home and washed it. I asked what if you were to ruin my hat?, and kept repeating himself. I asked again for the owners phone numberand he finally said he paid the bills, I said so you're the owner? He finally said yes which i don't believe as he would've said that in the beginning. Very rude people when...

We came in not expecting much, small town diner atmosphere, however the service and food was phenomenal, attentive waitstaff, the food was absolutely on point. The pizza was top tier and the chicken with a light lemon wine sauce was to die for. We took a dessert home and the chocolate pie was also fantastic. Sulphur OK is struggling after the Tornado, this place is the best place to eat in the city. Stop by the Artesian and get pampered then eat good italian food, can't beat it. Don't order the Italian trio - they literally throw it altogether in a bowl. My chicken parmesan was literally sitting on top of my fettuccine Alfredo, so cream & red sauces mixed together, so unable to taste each one separately. Such a simple mistake, easily corrected - put them on a plate instead of squeezing them all into a bowl! Ever had this at Olive Garden?
