👋🏽Peace & blessings be upon you & your family. Working in the Hospitality service, they emphasize patience. Why, because patience is a virtue. When you learn patience in the hospitality industry, it'll take you far(GM/ CEO/ ETC.) My order was made with love💙😎That's why I revisit this Dunkin donuts(o-nuts🤦🏽♂️😇so frequently. The morning and evening staff display above and beyond customer service expectations with patience. I'll drive from the 6000 blk of MLK HWY passing the one by addison rd station(which management a certain young female in the morning is very rude & doesn't display good customer service skills which your trained in customer service to display good manners which are the true definition of hospitality in my eyes to be at peace with oneself first n never argue with a customer which is why im conveying a permissible backbiting message🤦🏽♂️😇).💪🏾💙💯🕋🛐🛐🛐🛐🛐. A female manager once explained why companies hire young🤔why you ask, because young ppl they can train if possible but some older ppl are stuck in their ways(not all older ppl are stuck in their ways that's why it's called rehabilitation 2 re-train urself mentally 2 a be productive person in life & not what they portray ppl as menaces 2 society. So don't bring personal issues 2 work cardinal rule number 1 in the Food industry n practice peace with urself because I know how customers act sometimes why because they don't have patience n if ur always in a rush to Get somewhere you'll always crash...
Read moreCan't say I had the greatest experience here, but it also wasn't the worst. While waiting in line to place my order with the young cashier, an older gentleman came to assist me at another register. My order not complex at all- A large iced coffee, light ice, cream, 2 different type syrups, whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I placed my order and took a video and photos of the place. In the midst of taking my video the older gentleman who took my order was watching me the entire time. I did a almost 360 of store and close to the ending he yelled 3 times, "ma'am!" I still decided to take pictures but the fact he yelled ma'am as I was taking a video to show everyone the inside it was very off-putting and very rude. If he stated your drink is ready in a calm tone, I would have been fine, but to scream ma'am was not a enjoyable experience/moment. I've been to this location before but it was women that assisted me and weren't rude and made my drinks the way I asked but this older guy made me very irritated by his tone and the fact he yelled so aggressively. I don't think he liked me taking photos and videos of the store, but I will if I'm in the mood each time I go. The positive thing is my drinks are always made the way I like so I'm...

Of courses I questioned why am I be charged to not use their ice she came at the window threatening to refuse service if I have a problem paying the fee I had other things going on that morning with my toddler I didn’t have the energy. I reviewed my items my drink which was wrong and they stuffed my food in a smaller packing and it was cold as if they had several items sitting to the side awaiting for orders this isn’t my first bad encounter but I like to support the area I live in . I will need to find a local small business that would appreciate my money and not a large chain who see you as a...
