Before I start I want to make it know that this review does not reflect the workers who are top notch hard working folks who are most likely underpaid for their contributions to the company. First of all I had it delivered 2 miles with a $7 charge for delivery and tip (can u please tell me if the driver gets the $7 or the store?). Not only is there the regular tax there is another tax added that seems like a joke at first. I pay $37 for a pizza and by the time it is all said and done the total turns out to be $53 dollars. I don’t usually do delivery but getting over Covid. You guys are just as bad as every other business who are taking advantage of people today. Between housing market and I treat rates, ALL store prices going up you are just another company who leads by greed. Now if u look at this overpriced pizza you will set that most of the cheese and Garlic in the pizza is stuck to the cardboard. They have those little white things that u place in the pizzas and it keeps it from taking the top layer of pizza I paid way too much for. I am sure the company is just trying to save money during this trying times. Let me ask u a question. How many hours of work does an employee have to work to buy a large pizza for their families. I was going to not comment on the overpriced food until I opened that box to see my toppings stuck to the roof of the box. And FYI this is not the delivery drivers fault. It’s the company not wanting to pay for the plastic holders.

Seriouly Disappointed....Spent $42 to be ignored.... Used to make the best pizza's around.....Now they could care less!!! Of course Justin's not there any more, so quality and customer service have seriously declined...I've gotten three pies, with pepperoni and mushrooms in the last four months. Specifically ask the gurl outside.... When I ordered.....Make the bottom crust thick like it used to be? And Please make sure they put mushrooms on WHOLE PIE! Not just a few pieces. The mushrooms were almost completely absent....AGAIN!!!! If I could make it -99 Stars 🌟.I would in a minute. You can have the best pizza, in the WORLD. If you don’t listen to customers. You'll have Nothing! Save your $$$ Obviously, quality has become job 0....

I called and ordered a large cheese pizza, but when I went to pick it up, the red-haired girl at the counter said I ordered a pizza with meatballs. I told her I ordered a cheese pizza, but she insisted that she took my order and that I asked for meatballs. I have no idea where she got that from because I never mentioned meatballs. Then she got the nastiest attitude with me because I told her that I did not say meatballs on the phone. like it's not my fault she couldn't hear properly on the phone. They remade it, but it was awful—there was so much cheese on the pizza (I didn't even ask for extra cheese) and I had to throw it away after just two slices literally was just eating cheese.

Ok so first off ..

Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful 😁☺️ Was greeted with a smile and a very nice demeanor and the gentleman happily helped guide me though my selection process.

I'm gluten free so obvi got the gf crust. It's a pretty standard thin and crispy but they know how to handle it and it was cooked perfectly. The toppings and sauce hold a beautiful flow of flavor that makes the gf pizza crust very enjoyable. It was DELICIOUS all put together. When it comes to gf you occasionally get super lucky with a beautiful fluffy soft crust but that's hard to find and when it comes to the thin crust approach, many establishments fish out pizzas that taste like cardboard. This is not a concern here and they've done an amazing job with their flavor profiles.

It's a traditional counter order pizza shop so the "atmosphere" is what you expect. But it doesn't matter, that's not why your going. It's delicious 😋 andddd very reasonable priced for a build your own gf pizza...

If I could give a zero for this place I would...went there for "dine in" pizza and salad. Ordered at the counter and sat down in a booth. FINALLY a girl brought our salad and then we waited and waited for our pizza. By the time it arrived at our table, it was cold, and the pizza dough was not cooked properly ... it was gummy. One girl went past our booth and asked how everything was and I told her "the pizza is cold and so so the extra marinara sauce I asked for. She told me to get up and go to the counter and tell them !!!!!! I said "no - you go tell them"... she walked away and went into the bathroom. When we left I did go to the counter and told them that is was the most awful pizza and service that we ever had at a restaurant. They all looked at me and no one said a word. Not one employee or the manager cared... we will NEVER go back and I will not recommend...
