Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Summerville

We finally got a chance to visit the newly opened Rita’s, and it was nothing short of amazing! The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can tell they truly care about creating a great environment for their customers.

As for the custard—wow! It’s creamy, flavorful, and just the right level of sweetness. It pairs perfectly with their refreshing Italian ice. The menu has so many fun combinations, it’s hard to pick just one. Whether you’re craving something fruity or indulgent, Rita’s has something for everyone.

Rita's is very good custard, however I do have a few suggestions. A kiddie size would be great. 2 people in my party wanted some but not as much as was in the small. Someone in the group ordered the brownie Sunday, the brownies were straight from the freezer. Way to hard eat. Maybe pull some out in the morning and allow them to thaw before you give them to customers.

Their Italian ice is made with healthier ingredients and has more flavorful and cleaner taste to their Italian ice and their custard taste clean and like the taste of marshmallow. 10/10 recommend when in Summerville / nexton area no matter if you live here or are visiting for vacation this place...
