I will try my best to write an informative review based on my first experience. I hardly ever write reviews, so for me to say this means something.
My wife and I walked in and it was a bit awkward as we were the only customers there and the 3 ladies working didnāt really greet us or help us in a welcoming way. We may have been their first customers of the day or maybe they are new to the service field so Iāll give grace there.
They had little knowledge about the product they were selling. My wife asked about nutrition facts and they were able to give that information. But when asked regarding how their drinks were sweetened (because they said the teas contained no sugar) they couldnāt give an answer. They just said, āI donāt know itās just the powderā.
She ended up not ordering and I got a post workout strawberry shake. I can confidently say that was the chalkiest, most bland, top 3 grossest drinks I ever had. After a few sips it was making me feel uneasy and I ended up having to throw out a $10 shake.
I would be very surprised to hear they used any real food products in that drink.
The only upside is the straws, they have nice straws for shake consistency.
Trying not to bash or attack them but give my experience. I also understand that Iāve only had one experience there and I hope others have had better.
I hope the manager sees this and can make...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been long time patrons since they opened and actually love it. Mega teas are great and there is a reason you pay $9 for them. We went in a few weeks ago to order our normal and noticed the lady didnāt add aloe to our tea and of course asked why? We were told that going forward Mega teas no longer come with aloe for free. Itās a $3 up charge. I thought maybe the lady thought I was asking for extra so I asked why. She said due to cost rising on the product. It bothered me quite a bit that they didnāt notify or say anything, I just paid thinking I would get my normal. If I hadnāt been paying attention, I wouldnāt have known. Shady. You buy mega teas for the energy and digestive benefits. I have NEVER been to any herbal life affiliated shop that does not put Aloe in their teas. There has to be a justification for the price. I purchase products for home use and checked the price to see if I missed something, nope, Aloe is the same price it was a year ago. If you want a REGULAR mega tea here, you will be paying $12 for no extras. We wonāt be back. Super...

They donāt taste chalky at all, and are so filling. I got a beautiful tea too, and it was so refreshing and picture perfect. I couldnāt believe they had low sugar and gluten free options too! The owner who served me was SO KIND and helped me navigate the menu. The space is so cute and trendy too! You canāt go wrong. I would HIGHLY recommend trying out this...
