So two weekends ago I came in on a Friday for the nightly special of half off wings, it's a great deal. I placed my order at 5:27 (time on receipt). The bartender told me it would be about 20-30 minutes because of happy hour just starting which was fine went and played slots. Came back 30 minutes later, after 5-10 minutes she goes in the kitchen to check on my order. She informs me someone took my order and they need to re make it, it will be another 15 minutes or so i was told. Played slots came back 15 minutes later still no order up. The manager walks passed the bar by the name of David the nice bartender asks him hey do you know if those wings are up his response was "idk I am to busy" like what ????? Your the manager your supposed to take of problems like this. So now it's been an hour I have been waiting. Finally after about another 15 minutes I get my food. I asked to speak to the manager she told me she has asked him multiple times to come over and talk to me but he refused to come and talk to me. So I just leave when I get downstairs something told me to check the bag. I was missing a dozen wings. I go back upstairs to let the bartender know she immediately comes to me to fix the problem. I asked again to speak to the manger and was told he still won't come over. I seen him walking the floor by the kitchen so I walked over to him. I said excuse me sir I have asked multiple times to speak to you about my situation he response was I am to busy !!!! Well sir this is my situation explained it to him and said I would like a refund or something done. He throws his hands up and walks away from me. I said to him aren't you the manager ? His response well are you going to follow me so I can do something? We'll sir you just started walking away and I dont appreciate the attitude you are the manager and it's your job to take care of things like this. He then points his finger in my face and says you know what you get no refund now and completly walked away from me. Went to the bartender told her I want to speak to his boss. She directed me downstairs to the service desk. Once again explained my situation and how upset I was on what happened and how the manager was. He took my information and said he would pass it to chef Dan I provided my phone number and email. Before I left I went upstairs to see if chef Dan was working it was Friday it was busy so I couldn't speak to him which is understandable. It has now been two weeks, no phone call, no email, NOTHING. They do not care how their management represents the casino or the perception they give...
Read moreSo this review is for 2 times I ate here. First time it was me n my husband, his parents and his uncle. We ordered our food. It took a long time for us to get our food, and when we did most of it was cold as you could tell it had been sitting out for a minute before the waiter brought it up to us. And the waiter, holy lord... He kept reaching across in front of him...knowing damn well he was wrong for doing it but kept saying sorry thinking that was enough...it definitely wasn't. Inlaws paid. Called and complained and was told by the guy in charge of the restaurant that he would love to have us back and our meals were all on the house.
2nd time... Mother in-law asks for the man in charge who said he would comp the 5 meals that were awful...however he decided he was going to back out of his original deal and now was just going to comp 2 of the 5 crappy, cold meals we got the first time. Which is BS. Guess he didn't think we would actually come back, but we did. 2nd meal was 100% better both food n service however I am only giving them 2 starts due to the man in charge going back on what he originally told my mother in law. And I also will not be back to this restaurant because of his actions. It doesn't look very good when the man in charge wants to LIE... In fact it makes the whole casino look bad. Once I find his name, I'll update with it, so they know who I'm speaking about.
Also the hostess was absolutely LAZY and wouldn't sit us where we wanted to because apparently she couldn't have the 5 of us take a table for 8 and she didn't wanna have to push any smaller tables together or have to move chairs. She was lazy the first time AND the 2nd time....first time the entire table area by the bar, was empty...so no reason to not let us sit where we wanted she was literally just being LAZY. Read moreAs an experienced server/bartender/host/trainer of over 7 years this was a very terrible experience from start to finish. Arriving to the restaurant the Male hostess had an extremely somber demeanor and lifeless personality. As the first impression of the restaurant I did not feel welcome and as I asked for the available booth I was told by whisper for lack of a better term that it was reserved for a big party when it most certainly was not as 2 people who came after us were seated there promptly. My mother and I then waited 3 to 5 minutes to be greeted by our server, I even had to grab another server to get her or else it would have been longer. Mind you the servers section was not busy in the least. Also the so called 15 minute lunch "fastest lunch in town" is far from that. We arrived at 1:30, didn't get greeted (with no personality either) until 1:36 then had our order ready to be placed, waited 5 to 7 more minutes for our beers to arrive as the bartender who had a dead bar didn't pour them until our server got to the bar to ask once she realized we were still waiting for them as she may have forgotten, then our 3 course meal took 45 minutes to arrive which is unbelievably terrible service time...also it's very hard to enjoy an atmosphere when basically our servers whole section tables were dirty as she wasnt pre bussing nor bussing prior to her guests leaving. Needless to say management really needs to figure out their hiring situation because they are not meeting the requirements nor expectations of making a restaurant a successful one. I will...
