Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Summit Township

Dear Timmy H,

I had heard great things about your work, and needless to say I was HIGHLY disappointed! Tim you need to get to this establishment asap! Also bring some spuds and croissants with you! I ordered a breakfast croissant meal , which was the whole point of the trip, only to find out five minutes later that they were out of croissants! Horrifying I know. Then we get our coffee that is pipping hot and the girl seriously asked us if we wanted coffee sleeves... OF COURSE WE WANT COFFEE SLEEVES!!! Then she asked us if we wanted cream and sugar and we're like ahhh just forget it this is obviously too much for you to handle so we'll just take it from our hotel. The cherry on top Tim was the fact that they were out of spuds, that's right Tim NO HASHBROWNS!!! For anyone!!! So I got a muffin instead and was charged 60 cents! Tim I didn't even really want the muffin I wanted the spuds! So sadly Tim I was forced into buying a bag of SPUDS from the lovely people at Crosby's, they even asked if I wanted a bag for my spuds. I won't hold this against you, I'll give you another shot but not that this location. Tim you need to these people in line!

Alright, we had a longer order but it was all pretty standard items. Everything we ordered was made wrong and had all sorts of stuff we didn't order on it, like the correct item, just over dressed. On top of that all the chip bags had what I assume was strawberry cream cheese on them. When we circled back to get our sandwiches corrected there were a lot of other people in the store who had all sorts of similar issues so I presume this is a known issue. The staff were always friendly and professional so I commend them for that. Not the fault of the store but when we left some dude started honking at us the moment we got in our car and started begging for money, when we said go away he must had driven around and harassed every other person at the place. In the future I'd just steer clear of this place...

Firstly Ian is great, everytime I go to Tim Hortons he is always a pleasure to deal with. He is nice to my kids and funny!

I walked into the store and the Tim Hortons employees and Crosbys employees were all huddled together talking and seemed irritated that I walked in.

I went the other evening and unfortunately he was not working. I ordered 2 sandwiches with extra Lettuce and mayo. The girl taking my order asked me 5 times extra what? extra what? You wanted extra what? She didn't even put it on the order just yelled to the guy in the back to put it on the sandwich. There was no extra Lettuce or mayo hardly any of either. The sandwiches where wrapped terribly and thrown on the counter didn't even fold the bag over just threw it up on the counter. So glad I spent 15...
