Subway — Restaurant in Summit Township

Omg I went in this place tonight and this lady (Mary) was rude from the start my wife will be calling her manager in the morning and she will be sending an audit team when this lady works to the board for food and health administration this lady was rude cursed many times and was upset out of this snowstorm Harper no one else was in the store or left the whole 10 minutes there and it was the worst 10 minutes of customer service iv had in a long time, she grooped and griped and my wife was about to go in there and raise hell when I told her how this lady was when I got to my truck she is rushy and rude I said mam idk how people are around here in from the south amd you work in a pilot that has people from all over being unprofessional with that attitude is not what people who stride for a better job risking there lives driving trucks want to be greeted with!!! I dont recomind this place to a dog for the managers to have someone so hateful working in there subway has to be snobs themself ladys and gentlemen when you see (mary) in there please note a rude obnoxious lady...

This Subway is pretty decent but, the Manager, whose name is "Angie" is very RUDE!!! She has waited on me one other time in the past month. The first incident she did Not want to give me Mayo packets to go. She had further instructed me to get Mayo from the Pilot Island after I went back in....I went to check it out, but I prefer Subway real MAYO, Not to mention that is for Pilot customers not even Subways Stuff! I made 3 trips back inside before she gave in and all nasty mannered handed me one pack until I demanded one more packet of Mayo!!!! Today's incident was a seriouly sloppy made sub followed up with rude sarcastic answers and body language to questions asked while ordering. Extremely rude manager. Made my sub asked me if i want it how it comes on the menu. I say sure (primarily meaning the combo of the meat and cheese.) I asked to toast it before putting on the cheese. She says thats not how it comes and does it. Ok...interesting comment. Then takes it out and proceeds to decide what condiments go on it. I say no lettuce. She said but thats how it comes rudely. I asked if we are gonna have a problem? She takes the lettuce off. Then proceeds to decide tomatoes for me. No tomatoes. She huffs and puffs again. It seems like any subway manager would know that the condiment side is always custom for each customer. Some want this or that. Literally every customers wants different condiments. Wont be...
