Disappointed again. I’d give a 0 star if I could. We are huge Farrelli fans but this is the second time in a row that we’ve experience horrible service in the bar, and again on a day where it wasn’t busy. The last time we went I filled out the feedback survey and the GM did send me an email and claimed he would be sending us a gift card to win us back as customers. Never got it. Decided to give it a go again after taking my mom, her boyfriend, my aunt and husband out to dinner. My aunts dinner salad came out right after our apps. And then we sat for a good 45 minutes sitting in the corner with just her salad, empty glasses and a waiter that would go to his other 4 tables and then just look at us. Over a hour later we got our pizza. The order was wrong but we told him we would just keep it since we didn’t have another hour to wait for a pizza. My husband made a comment about the incorrect pizza coming and the waiter went to the bar where he talked to the bartender and other staff who proceeded to just stare at us. We were there 2 hours on a Sunday already and then I had to go up to the bar to get the bill -which was incorrect - we were charged full price on HH items and had to pretty much stalk the waiter to get him to just let us pay already so we could leave. Read moreI usually love the food at Farrelli's Pizza. I had take out today for a work lunch meeting. I got half way through my salad and noticed a bug in my salad. It was a dead bug and still had all its legs. (thank goodness) I called to let them know that they should check their salads for bugs because I had one in mine. I know it happens, I used to own a restaurant so I totally understand how that can happen. Still, I was really surprised at the response. The girl that answered the phone was really nice, but I was surprised she wasn't more concerned. She just told me that they wash all of their lettuce by hand and sometimes things like that can happen. She thanked me and said she would let the kitchen know about it. I guess I thought that maybe she would offer to replace the salad?? The rest of the team wouldn't eat their salad. I'm sure the rest of the salads were just fine. I was surprised at the lack of customer concern. I have always loved the food there. I just wish they were a little more concerned with a customer with a bug problem. 2021 update: unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have become very picky where we eat. Social distancing is of upmost importance to us and not just to protect us from COVID-19 but to protect other diners and staff. If an establishment is non-compliant in the dining areas then I question whether my food is being prepared by non-compliant employees. Our most recent visit to this restaurant was a disappointment. While their staff gave outstanding service as usual and our food was delicious, we were puzzled at the shoulder-to-shoulder occupied bar top. The fire bar table was seated shoulder-to-shoulder as well. When I asked our server if these were groups I was told, no, they were just customers. These shoulder-to-shoulder bar customers appeared to be young people who are statistically the most vulnerable right now.
