Subway — Restaurant in Sumner

I had been to this location a few weeks back and there were 3 ladies working and they did a great job. I went yesterday afternoon about 2 - 3 pm and left without a sandwich. When I arrived she had a customer and was making a sandwich but told me our internet is down and I can only take cash. I had cash and a coupon and decided to stay. I ordered my sandwich and while she was making my sandwich 2 other customers came in and she told them she could only take cash. Both parties said they did not have cash and they left. I asked if she was working alone and she said yes. She finished my order and then went to ring it up. I had told her I had a coupon for a foot long for 7.99 before she made the sandwich. My coupon was for a foot long for 7.99. When she rang up my order she asked me to scan the coupon. I was unable to make it work and she then tried. She then said it was not working because the internet was out. I assumed she would adjust the price but she rang it up and said that will be $17 and some change. I said what about my coupon. She said bring it back another day and use it then. I said "you are not going to adjust the price" and she said she was not able to do that. I said I am not paying $17 for the sandwich and she let me leave without the sandwich. I went to Puyallup on Main Street and got the sandwich. I will never return to the Sumner store. had ordered on the app and wasn't sure it went through so I called to store to confirm, the lady that answered was very rude and kept repeating I can't help you, I said do you know why maybe it didn't go on your end because it did on my end? She hung up on me, I called right back and asked if she really just hung up on me and she laughed and said yeah! Then said it just came through. I sent someone else to pick up the order and when they brought it back the order was completely wrong. I have marked more pickles then even wrote in the comments extra extra pickles. The footlong only had 3 pickles on it, asked for more mayo and it had none, asked for Habernaro bread, it was cheese bread. I went back into the store and when I explained that I'm the one she hung up on and she laughed again. I told her I would like more pickles, she didn't say a word and put some in a container and handed them to me. I didn't realize until I got back home that it was the wrong bread and no mayo. My bread was not de frosted so they put in the toaster while it was frozen to un thaw it. After the employees continued to make conversation with me, Just cause I knew her it made her feel comfortable to talk ab her VERY personal life when I came to get food. me and my friend sat down to eat after that we got locked out of our car so we called someone for help. They got the manager and said they felt uncomfortable we explained our situation and she continued to call the cops as we were locked out of her car waiting for a lock smith. He gets there and ask what’s going on tried to calm her down and the manager is still calling the cops simply because we were sitting in the parking lot waiting to be able to leave. We were not being disrespectful nor causing ruckus for other customers coming in. We stayed in the car till the lock smith was almost there.
