Smokers Choice( Tobacco vape ) — Local services in Sumter

I lived in Sumter, Colorado, & a small town in the low country of SC called Hampton over the past decade. And with me a huger dabber, I’ve been to and shopped at hella head shops, dispensaries, smoke shops, and vape shops through my travels. And when I say this place not only has a solid selection of products, priced very reasonable too especially for the Sumter area. But what really made the difference to me was the quality of customer service and the knowledge the manager and other store employee had. I snagged up a 2.5 gram-ski of some NYB Cereal Milk THCA dabs that were not only priced right, the flavor/terp profile & affects were spot on…even got a 14mm bucket banger for a good deal too. I’ll for sure be shopping with them more often…not only bc of the products, but more so bc of the vibes they for there!! Love seeing these kind of shops around such a place were it’s hard to find knowledgeable people who aren’t trying to take advantage of your pockets!! Shouts outs...

Updating my review. Again. Due to a discovered trend at this location, I will no longer be shopping here.

The selection continues to evolve and change and it is nice to be able to stop in and have a chat while shopping.

There is a "no refunds" policy that can really ruin your day if you purchase something that you cannot use for whatever reason. They claim to have a 24 hour refund policy, but if your broken vape can make so much as a wisp of tasteless, scentless "smoke", they will say that it works. If you try to push the issue that it is fully charged and is not working correctly, they will say they'll lose their job if they refund you or let you exchange.

If that's true, then it would it explain why the quality of the employees at this work-location tends to change...

I shop at smokers choice just about every day. Just this week alone I bought the vuse pods, a new bongs Friday , disposable Vapes, and a pack of kratom. yesterday I went to buy an off-stamp vape but the flavor was out so I just ask for him to replace it with a different one... I let him try it and his coworker and they both agreed that it is not tasting right, they even grabbed a personal battery and put it on the off stamp and said maybe it'll hit better with the battery. It didn't but he refused to replace the vape with a new one unless I bought one. I just asked for a different flavor that wasn't messed up He said I can't do that he can give only give you half off the next one, the end of the story I ended up paying the half off but won't shop...
