absolutely awful experience! workers and staff were clumsy and very unprofessional. for the past times i've been here they've gotten THREE of our orders wrong! 1. bacon on a rodeo burger that's been CLEARLY ASKED for no bacon on. 2. forgot the fries and whopper for one of my orders. and now today, 3., the worst one. i asked for a rodeo king but they've given me a hamburger! not to mention, the stupidity behind the counter! workers loudly arguing, not paying attention to anything or doing their jobs. i one time overheard them swearing, laughing in an inappropriate conversation. if whoever the manager is wants people to come back to their restaurant, maybe don't hire FOOLISH HOOLAGINS who can't do their job properly and remind me of the kids at my school to work in your restaurant, and hire ACTUAL CIVILIZED PROFESSIONAL WORKERS who can check their orders properly and act like human beings rather than wild animals! these workers bring shame to the name of burger king and shouldn't be serving food to anyone. you've just lost a loyal customer, not that you guys get much...

So I'm not sure if she was talking to me or someone she's working with cause I could hear someone else talking too . Then there is a period of silence. So I'm like hello!? Yeah you wanted what? So I repeat my order. Get to the window to pay. I give the exact change so she doesn't even open the window again to hand me a receipt. Go to the next window. No one opens it to say hey your order is up or anything. The next thing is the kicker. The little jerk that worked the window didn't even make eye contact with me just opened the window. Read moreI don't know if we came at a bad time or what but this was ridiculous. We ordered 2 double cheese and a large fry. At the first window we had to re order as they apparently lost it and at the second they still didn't know what order we had. We were asked to pull forward and watched 6 orders go by before we started to head inside to ask for a refund. They were just about to bring it out when we walked in so we just were going to take it, except they forgot the fries. After getting that corrected we left. When looking over the receipt we realized that they had charged one for a meal even though we specified no meal. So in summary our order was lost twice, we had to wait an extended amount of time for a very simple order, the order was not bagged or charged correctly, and even the fries were old.
