Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sumter

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost every day before work because it seems to be the only one in town. Today, I’ve experienced the worst customer service since I’ve been coming. I don’t know if this person is new(assuming she is because I personally have never seen here before) however, she doesn’t know how to speak to customers. I’m not a problematic person and don’t like to complain but today, I ordered through the mobile app an ICED latte and she handed it to me hot. The same thing happened yesterday. Maybe her fault or not but i didn’t treat the situation as if it were her fault because it very well could be something going on with the app. I attempted to show her on the app as I did the person yesterday that I ordered iced and not hot and she got an attitude. LITERALLY 5 seconds later she handed me an iced latte as I had ordered in the first place and slammed the window as she was saying something under her breath. I got out of my vehicle and went inside to speak with the manager. When I expressed my frustrations with the manager, she seemed to not give a damn about anything that I was saying. READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY. I am a DoorDasher, came here to get an order I was running late to pick up, more than enough time to get ready. I stood at the pickup counter where two young looking employees one looked Asian with blonde highlights, the other was white with light brown hair. They both completely ignored me so I gave it 3 mins before I looked over the counter and saw her wiping off the counter and sweeping the floor. Not that there’s anything wrong with that but I’ve been waiting here, there didn’t appear to be a spill. I told her I was picking up and she asked me what I had. I thought she meant like individual items, no, she had no idea what the one dozen donuts consisted of. So she then randomly puts donuts in a box. I checked, of course they were wrong. She said she didn’t have that receipt (lie) then she goes to where the receipt would be on the computer and oh look, there it is. But didn’t look at it to make the dozen. Don’t know what just happened but this Dunkin needs a whole clean...

2nd review: My wife is in for a day surgery so I thought I would surprise her with coffee, sandwich, and a donuts since she hasn't been able to have anything for the past 24 hours. Went IN to be sure I got what I wanted. Seems I never learn. My order was a LG regular coffee and a LG hazelnut, extra cream and extra sugar. I TWO regular coffees even though the tag on mine SAYS hazelnut, but regular cream sugar. Both sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches were burnt. Gave my wife mine because hers was not even edible. This on top of the fact that I was 2 and in line and waited almost 20 minutes to get my order, and had to go back up to ask for the donuts. I wish someone new would take over this business or someone else open another. Clearly unacceptable.
