First time trying a curaleaf today.
Went in, had one person in front of me and two folks working the back counter, after being checked in up front.
Other person not helping a customer looked at me a few times and then went back up front to bring another customer back that came in behind me, and proceeded to help them first, actually sort of just cut in front of where I was waiting, and the other employee just went along with helping them first. Alright?
No, “hey man, be with you just a minute.” Or “oh this dude just left his wallet out in his car, just going to help him real quick first.”
Was standing around the back counter waiting to ask about the flower deals for a good 4-5 mins, without anyone saying a word to me. Maybe walk-in’s are put on the back burner, but I think the customer that was brought into the back after me to be helped, was a walk-in, as I noticed mobile orders were handed out up front.
So what the hell? Lol
I lived in Oregon/Washington for 10 years and here for a year - this was the weirdest dispensary experience I’ve ever had bar none.
Maybe because I was dressed in my office business attire, they thought I was soliciting something and decided not to help me? I really don’t know.
After 4-5 mins of no help or even a hello after standing around the back and trying to make it obvious that I’m waiting my turn and up next, i felt like i was just loitering and left.
Maybe a fluke?
Left a weird enough impression that I’m writing my first ever shitty dispensary review lol never thought the day would come after going in and out of various dispensaries for over a decade.
What’s wild is my barber recommended it, I’m going to have to give him a ration of shit next time I see him lol.
Wanted to branch out from Jars, I just wound up back there in the end. But hey, 2 stars because some of the deals looked pretty...

Online ordering is the way to go if you know what you want & them starter 2 gramers they have hit like a bong. They also have a point system & you don't have to make a purchase to use your points. So if you're ever down & out but have some points, you can walk in with no money & come out with some great products. The bud tenders are usually very knowledgeable & helpful if you're a newbie or just want to try something new. Just tell em how you want to feel & they'll guide you to the right strain. They do test their products, so you'll know exactly how strong it'll be. I haven't gotten a bad strain from this store. I have had a few vape pens that had a bad battery or some type of defect & tool it back within 7 days with a receipt & they exchanged it without a problem. Keep your eyes open for the many giveaways they host. They have a few locations, so just Google, where's the closest one to you. If you look at the pictures, you can see a label which helps me to know what strain I'm smoking on. You can find these on the select vape pen packaging on the back bottom area, I'm pointing to the area to find the labels in the pictures below. I use em because I don't want to smoke on indica in the morning. I'll go for a sativa that won't make me lazy all day. Read moreI've been to this Curaleaf location maybe 5 times and I really do like the company in general, but there's something about this location and I don't know exactly what it is. Sometimes they're very unfriendly and I would say especially the managers. A couple of the budtenders are very friendly and engaging but a couple of the managers really make me feel like I don't want to come back here. I don't understand why I have to be friendlier and more helpful and engaging then you when I'm being gracious and you're fixing the mistake and you're not being gracious. I know they're phasing out humans and good human service has been phased out over the last 20 to 30 years etc I understand that but there's lots of options out there. This location is the only dispensary I've ever been too where they act like they're doing you a favor. I really don't think I'll be coming back. Tbh I didn't want to come in today but they had something I wanted and the other locations didn't have it. Today JV helped me with an exchange. He was great. His female manager was unfriendly. Totally unapologetic and seemed annoyed. She served me yesterday and acted the same way.

$65 oz with tax is $81. 25% off a half is $47. I had $65 cash and $10 on my cashapp but no solution for me. Something like this happens to me literally every time I visit Curaleaf.
