Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sun City

I went into the restaurant and had to visit the RR. There were approximately 5 people behind the counter and I had a hard time getting someone to help me. Granted, the person taking orders from the Drive thru was busy but, the others were just doing nothing. I finally got a person to ask what I needed and I told them I needed the key to the restroom. When I came back, I placed the key on the counter and still no one was there to take my order. After 5 minutes or so, I said excuse me. A young girl asked if I was ready to order. I told her yes and I was beginning to wonder if anyone was working there. I order a large Strawberry shake and a medium Chocolate shake. I spent right at $50 for my order. I looked at the two shakes and they were both medium size. I will never visit that DQ location again. Poor service. The guy was looking off into space and three of the girls were following each other so they could continue their conversation. Poor, Poor quality of service. Sorry, I never give anything lower than a four star review. This one...

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered the number 2 and substituted my drink for a Medium Oreo Blizzard and asked for a side of Ranch for my Fries. I finished the blizzard first of course it was phenomenal (Oreo by Default)... then I went in on the Fries and Ranch. Honest to God best Fries as far as Consistency, Flavor, Salt and they were still Warm even more though the Ranch was Legit Real made Fresh at the Store. The Fries along with the Ranch Dressing actually reminds me of an expensive Baked Potato at an expensive Steak House. The Burger is HUGE and I will not be able to eat it all in one sitting but instead I'll be Picking at it and Savoring it... Soooo good. It's a freaking Religious Experience the Staff went way above and beyond. Give these Guys and Gals a Michelin Star. I don't eat out much but this is the spot they all seem to take great Pride in the Quality of their Work and it Shows. FANTASTIC Highly Recommended above any DQ Store or any other...

I drove up to Dairy Queen at 9:50pm. The drive thru was already closed even though the sign said 10pm. So I went to go inside and I saw an employee run across the lobby of Dairy Queen to shut the inside lights of.. I knocked on the door several times till an employee finally came to the door and I told him its not 10pm and he said oh well, we shut our machines down early.. (Because they wanted to et out of work early). I asked for a managers name and he said he was the manager. So I asked for his name and he said Chris. I then asked for his last name and he said "ummmmm, Chris waters?" Like he just made it up. Absolutely poor service, now I have a screaming 3 year old in the backseat who is upset about not getting ice cream that I promised her... All because a few teens decided they would make the ultimate decision of making their company lose...
