Mobile ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew coffee w extra creamer, 6 shots vanilla, light foam and light ice (to make up for the extra creamer) and they handed me a coffee I could immediately tell needed more creamer so I said im going to need more creamer than that please and they obliged and after the addition still I could tell it needed more so I asked for a remake and apologized. I also asked if the croissant I ordered was coming up too and they said yes. So naturally they remade the coffee the exact same way they made it in the first place and I counted 5 pumps of vanilla and I told them to just forget the foam because there wasn’t enough room for the creamer and they gave me an overflowing cup that I had to clean up myself on their counter as it couldn’t be moved. They then saw me standing there and asked if I needed something to which I said yes … the croissant I ordered. And then they started making that at this point. Read moreWe pulled up and saw 8+ cars in the drive through and we were in a rush to get to an appointment so we decided to go in and order. There were multiple staff members in there working on various drinks for drive through customers. There was nobody waiting in line inside but it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we wanted to order. I ordered 2 fairly simple drinks (chai latte & refresher). Only 1 person came in after us, it took an additional 20 minutes to get our order, while the drive through was moving right along. Employees are clearly overwhelmed and then get short/rude to customers.
