Burger Ranch — Restaurant in Sunnyside

I can't personally speak for the service, I find it interesting with the same patterns at the various fast food places, inc at the different burger ranch franchises, also how often that about they mostly get half good and half bad reviews, there is the employee issues depending on when their employed but there's more going on. It's too bad as burger ranch normally has real good food that need not be fancy and still good and "it's the sauce that does it" "maybe as the burgers don't get in the way of it", lol! I see alot of issues of employees resenting their work, blaming customers for their mistakes, too many posted signs to lecture, rude and silly acting employees not reprimanded, getting kicked out or not refunded for bad orders and i see its happened more than once, no hair nets, using the same gloves to handle everything, frequent overcharging IDK how that just happens unless your seriously not paying attn but yes, obnoxiously getting orders wrong even repeatedly, workplace confusion issues, being stingy about sauces, the burgers are either too fatty or stingy, or cold, too raw, either making light of it or getting mad when their called out for wrong orders, being angry at orders even being placed, unnecessary line commotion that distracts customer enjoyment, getting too little fries or nuggets or chicken strips or literally, discrepancy about closing hours, cold and soggy or hard fries, sloppy orders, underdone, really undeserving rude service, shouting at customers for nothing, getting mad that they have to be attentive, very slow wait times, inattentive employees all around, issues trying to reach mgmt, bad and rude management, etc but other reviews seem sure "their the best places on earth". Mind you, im aware these jobs won't always have ideal employees but too often it's said how the quality of them goes downhill over time, too, id sure hope not burger ranch had always been a great place to stop and for lunch in school, etc. Burger ranch is hardly the only fast food to have it's share of bad reviews it just makes me think there's more going on out there, corporate and etc....

Staff was unnecessarily rude. I placed an order over the phone was told to go to the drive thru to pick up my order, so I did. But apparently I did wrong by not stopping at the speaker to let them know I’m here for a pick up order which I was confused by since I did the exact same thing only at the window and not at the speaker.. when I pulled up to the window we were looked at by two employees that seemed extremely confused as to why I was at the window (understandable, once they open the window and ask I could have cleared the confusion up for them) but instead we waited about 5 minutes for anyone to even say anything to us. I’m not sure if me driving up to the window completely messed up their orders or their job entirely but for some reason staff member felt the need to be aggressive and speed talk as she’s waving her hands saying that next time I needed to stop at the speaker because they are busy working and won’t know that I’m waiting, which I didn’t make sense to me because the person taking the drive thru orders is standing right by the window and I saw her look at my car when I pulled up to the window… I apologized to the staff for not stopping at the speaker because I just wanted my food and be on my way but their approach about stopping at the speaker and not at the window was...

I was hoping they were similar to Dad's Burger in Toppenish in quality. Sadly numerous culinary basics appear to have been ignored. So I'll begin with what was ordered, it was the burger with an egg and bacon. So what went wrong?

If you have ever had food in low oil temperature is never crisps up. The bacon tasted like it was put in the deep frying and drowned in old oil. Bacon is not hard to cook. The bun should have been toasted at least partially. Aside from the bacon issue could have balanced out the burger. It was a floppy mess. Then the only part of the fries crispy was the ends. Otherwise quite soggy. No I didn't let it sit.

I've heard so much about this place I finally chose to try it. It's akin to Whataburger, over rated. At the price point I'll I'll go to McDonalds to save money for good food or eat at the abundant sit down places in this same...
