I liked the service first time very much. It is just I had bad experience during my 2nd visit. I do not eat meat. We ordered loaded veggie omelette and they put pieces of meat with bacon. It is quite possible that the mistake may happen. What i didn't like about the service is when I asked to change the order, the lady said sorry and fixed the order immediately. But but but the lady forgot to remove the pieces of meat and left just one piece which I was lucky to find it out. They said they will bring a new order but they only removed the meat.
We were even polite after that but it's just I was very hungry so had to have something but second time it totally ruined my mood. That's y I have to give this review that the food is amazing but not for those who don't eat meat or non-veg.
I still feel that it is totally fine to make mistakes. But when the customer is very particular about not having any kind of meat and ask to fix the order second time. Every time someone came in or went out, we were welcomed with a blast of cold air. Our food arrived lukewarm, and after a couple of door openings and closings, it became cold rather quickly. The "waitress" was terrible. She came to us one time, took our order, which was two omelettes, coffee, and one Coke. The food arrived, but the Coke never did. I finally had to ask a busboy to get one for us. Still, no sign of the waitress - she was further back, serving the other guests who were fortunate enough to be seated at one of the better tables, out of the cold. Finally, after placing my credit card on the bill, with my waitress nowhere to be found, I had to get up and take the bill over to the cash register myself. I waited 10 minutes for my waitress to show up. Then, as a final insult, as I put my card into the scanner, the first screen I see asked me how much of a tip I wanted to give! 10% - 20% - 30% etc! Read moreI made an order directly through the website for delivery. I ordered 4 pancakes and 2 sides of bacon meaning 8 slices all together. I got my order and a whole side of bacon was missing and the side I did get was very undercooked. I called the store to explain what happened and the manager immediately started arguing with me about how many sides of bacon I ordered. She swore up and down that I only ordered one side of bacon even though I had the receipt and offered to send it to her and everything and she just kept wanting to argue about it instead. I couldn't even get a word in. She just said she would refund me and hung up on me. I called back asking how long the refund would be and she said she was watching the cameras to see how much bacon I got. She just kept repeating that I got my bacon and I kept telling her that I ordered and paid for two sides. It was so weird. She was beyond rude and unprofessional.
