During a recent visit to Ustaad's Biryani, I had the pleasure of sampling a dish that masterfully brought together a variety of rich and distinctive flavors. The combination featured the bold, savory depth of keema, the delicate softness of paneer, and the indulgent richness of ghee roast — all harmoniously balanced in a single serving. Each component was thoughtfully prepared, allowing the ingredients to shine both individually and collectively. The keema provided a robust foundation, while the paneer added a gentle contrast in texture. Read moreI recently visited Ustaad’s Biryani after seeing a $5 deal for Chicken Fry Biryani advertised on their Instagram page, and I was really looking forward to it. Sadly, this experience has left me with no desire to return to Ustaad’s Biryani...

The salan and raita is on the thinner side which is how it should be. You have option to order double masala which makes it on the spicier side. From now onwards this would be my go to place for dum Biryani. One improvement they can do is use bigger box. As you take it in the plate it...
