I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Jose International Airport, CA and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home.

My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable and clean bed that made for a great night's sleep. The room was also equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and free Wi-Fi.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, with a variety of hot and cold options that were both delicious and plentiful. The scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes were all cooked to perfection, and the fresh fruit and yogurt parfaits were a great way to start the day.

But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a great stay.

The location of the hotel is seedy. But it’s very clean, safe, and pleasant. I booked a king suite with stove, sink, and king bed. No plates and silverware provided. Only pots, pans, cooking utensils. Be sure to bring your own dish soap, plates, paper towels and cups. Room we were assigned, the stove and fan weren’t working. Be sure to check outlets, electrical and kitchen before getting settled in. Full hot breakfast every morning (bacon, eggs, waffles, etc.) clean and spacious pool with jacuzzi. Nice size clean gym. PROBLEMS I HAD: Room cleaning and rude staff. They seemed to not want to handle customer service issues or accommodate. I had to spend the duration of my stay in an uncleaned room because the staff refused to honor my request to clean it according to policy. Try to talk to someone in charge who is knowledgeable at the front desk. Phone customer service gives attitude when asked questions to avoid correction and...

Positive: Close to the San Jose Airport, took maybe 15 minutes with the Uber to get there. Rooms were clean, tv worked, fairly quiet in the hotel itself. wish the hotel had beer to sell along with the other stuff. Negative: Not much around to walk to, wasnt sure how safe it was due to the homeless and possible drug dealer(s) on the corners - not on the hotel property but across the street and in both directions so i did not explore. hotel had some munchies and drinks to sell...
