If I can give it a rating of 0, I will have to give it a 1. I just left there and was treated like a straight criminal. When my girlfriends complained about poor service that they had experienced more than one time, the owner came by and stated he heard that they were usually rude! Just a little back story....we were there for a girl's night out and my wine glass came back with lipstick on it. After we sent it back, they sent it back in the same glass and just wiped it off. We took notice and pointed it to the waitress who was great by the way. She stated that the bar didn't want to "waste wine" and just put the CONTAMINATED wines in another glass. My friends were regular patrons and did not want to escalate the situation. They were very acquainted with the staff and the owner Bob. As such, Bob came over and we thought he was coming over to diffuse the situation. However he was obviously drunk and called us rude and said we were problems. I get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of his rant, in an effort to not yell at Bob because he was berating us in his drunken state. UNREAL!!! He unbelievably asked why was I so rude....how could "I' get up and walk up from "him". The racial and sexual undertones were real and flabbergasting. I figured by the time I returned from the restroom, my friends would've handled the situation. Again, they were regulars and fans of the establishment. Instead I came back to Bob threatening to call the cops, saying "we" can go to McDonald's and "he" doesn't want "us" there again. Upon offering to pay, he said he didn't want our money and was yelling at us to leave. You can only imagine the fear we faced as 3 black women being verbally attacked by a white male owner of this establishment! As patrons we should've never received such treatment! The normal recourse is pleasant and inviting, however, when the owner was inebriated all of that changed. My friends and I felt belittled and disrespected. When we articulated our concerns instead of having them addressed, the owner threatened to have us arrested! Our money is in my power and it's easy for me to NEVER go there again. However, I really wanted to get the story to all future patrons on how poorly we were treated. I would not recommend this place to any self...
Read moreI'm kinda regular over 3 yrs here.But they dont care..I have eaten here maybe 100 times.Only once it wasnt great. It was still good. Anyway,. The bartenders are great until recently when . Felicia basically with her actions said I don't care if you ever come back again. The wait staff isnt much better. You would think if you go to a place for 4 years or more people would say hello and be friendly to your but they aren't. Why go? . There's so much competition I could be treated better in other places. It was a Giants bar until just about recently. When a certain group of Giant fans stopped showing up they changed. This Sunday I was watching a game when the screen was changed for a Jet fan. . The bartender said there are three or four people who requested that game. I asked everybody in the area and nobody admitted the wanting to see that game. Turns out a guy at the bar who barely even look at the tv. While this may seem petty to some people my angle was not good for viewing the game I came to see.The Giants had been shown on that screen for the past 4 yrs so I dont think my expectations were outrages .I realized they could care less who comes. I'll never go there again. There are plenty of options including the Quarterdeck and the soon-to-be-opened Flanigan's near Sawgrass Mills Mall. Ok so I was a bit angry with my last review. I still wont be going back. I had dropped them from 4 to 2 stars so I raised it back to 3 as the owner was kind enough to answer my complaint. Read moreHad some hope for this place. I placed an order for pick up today through the phone and spoke to a young girl. On the phone I repeated my order like 3 times. Then she said the order will be ready in 20 min. I get there n there’s nobody there to assist me, waited about 5 min for someone to come to the front. A customer actually told the server there’s someone at the front he looks then stays in the back.Then she asked my name like three times, checks the order n comes back and asked me my name again but asked if it was under a guys name. I waited 30 min for two lunch specials and an appetizer that was during their daily specials as well but charged me full price. Then after I get my order I check it to make sure it’s good and one of my orders is incomplete had to wait another 5 min. The order was for my coworker and myself but she said it had no flavor and she got the shrimp pasta, and I got the fish n chips which came out terrible. So I called to talk to a manager (Ana) she asked me my order like 3 times and my name again. I gave her my number to receive a call back and yet no one has reached out to me. It’s simple communication. Both workers there seems like they had absolutely no clue in what they were doing, nor had any sense of urgency or hospitality. Completely disappointed...
