The pizza here is about what you would typically expect from Domino's Pizza, a national Pizza chain which I worked for in the mid 1980s-1990s for about a decade. Setting aside a few similar issue as they sorted out how to deal with Covid lock downs this is one of the most disappointing encounters I've had. I ordered my pizzas online at about 6:15pm for curbside pickup and the app said the pizzas should be ready between 6:40-6:50pm. I arrived around 6:45 and noticed that the app said someone had started to make the pizza but it sowed no progress. After noting I was there for pickup I waited another 15 minutes, still no progress. I went inside nearly an hour after the order was placed and they still hadn't started to make it. There were pizza boxes all over and the 4 people working in the store seemed unable to make pizzas. I asked when mine would be made and they said it would. Liky be another 30-45 minutes. I offered to make it and help them with a bunch of other orders, clearly that wasn't an option. I ended up canceling the order and heading to Wendy's and Taco Bell.
In 45 minutes I could have purchased ingredients and cooked 2 pizzas myself at home had I known I was wasting my time placing an order. The staff clearly did not care. The store could use a management overhaul or if they can't get that maybe they should just close up and let a competitor take over the area as it seems they have given up completely. I'm sorry if this sounds harsh but I hope someone is paying attention. Domino's Pizza Corporate would have closed down any store that was operated this way back when I worked there. Not sure why this poorly run operation is allowed to slip by unnoticed and remain in business. This is not my first bad experience at this location, though allowing me to cancel the order was better than waiting another hour or so...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Dominoes for the past 15 years and tonight is the last time I’ll be back. I know that you guys are a multimillion dollar franchise but you guys lost a customer tonight. I placed my order online and paid for my food so that I can be in and out like always. Upon arriving, I was given my items with no drink, no garlic sauce, and I realized that I received 8 wings instead of 10. I told the cashier that I’m missing a drink, she gave it to me. I asked for my 3 garlic sauces that I paid for, she gave me one. I repeated that I paid for 3, she only gave me one more. I let her know that I only received 8 wings and she let me know it would take 30 minutes to give me my correct order. I then proceeded to ask, “why would it take so long?” Instantly, she started making fun of me and laughing to her colleagues about how I'm really going to wait on two wings and she's never seen anything like this." She came back to the register and I asked her, what’s so funny? And she said, “oh, we’re just laughing because the sliding glass is jammed,” as if I can’t hear. I think as a business, it’s very important to treat people with kindness. I PAID for every item that I asked for so I don’t understand why it was difficult to give me those things. I paid for 2 large pizza, 3 garlic sauces, 8 count cheesy bread, 10 wings, and a 2 Liter of soda. Nothing that I asked for was for FREE! I PAID for everything. I was not malicious, loud, or disrespectful when I asked her to fix my order so it’s really unfortunate that I was met with such rudeness. Your workers need to understand humility, kindness, and clearly needs a training on how to treat...
Read moreFirst let me say that some days their pizza be on point and delicious, but I called and the automated system said someone will be with me soon and I waited 7 minutes, then a young lady answered and asked me would I hold, she put me on hold about another 7 or 8 minutes and then disconnected the call. I was like is she serious, then called back and waited on the line another 6 min for someone to answer and when she did, she said again can you hold please and I said no wait a minute, you had me on hold and then hung up on me and she said oh sorry about that in a dry tone, then repeated again... can you hold a minute and I said yeah ok, well that winch put me on hold and I waited 5mins, 10mins, so at this point I was curious to see just how long she would make me wait and can you believe she made me wait for 36min:56 secs I kid you not and while I waited, I called Corporate and made a complaint and told the customer service representative that I was still on hold as we spoke and she was like I'm so sorry that happened to you, but I'm sending the complaint in immediately. I don't know what to say other than that was a disrespectful.... I'll say winch instead of B----. They need serious training and discipline. They are wreched as hell. I am not a violent person, but I had to control my anger, because I would love to have slapped her silly ass face. I know she did it purposely. Never experienced anything like this before....
