Hidden gem and my favorite dumpling/soup noodle place in the neighborhood! If you want to try authentic Chinese flavor, here is your go to place. Very reasonably priced as well - entree is no more than $15, cold appetizers (vegetarian) are about $5 or less, and the braised beef/ pork appetizer are around $22/$16 (a bit more expensive than other menu items but worth every penny for the taste). I’ve been coming back every week.

【Flavor】: All the dishes are freshly made and seasoned well. You can see the kitchen and the chef making the dishes directly. My personal favorite is the 【beef bone soup with sliced beef and glass noodles】. The bone broth is made from fresh bones or meat, and has been simmered for hours before served. You can taste the fragrance of meat soup while not feeling heavy or greasy at all. If you like spicy, definitely should add their chili oil, which brings the flavor to another level. I also highly recommended all cold appetizers, the pan fried pocket, and the dumplings. Though there aren’t a lot of menu items, everything is worth a try.

The Chive Pockets are massive and packed with flavor inside, there are a generous mix of fresh chives and tiny bits of egg.
