McDonald's — Restaurant in Sunrise

Ok before I get started, I tried the chicken mcmuffin sandwich this morning and I didn't like it. It might of been cooked in old grease maybe. Anyway this rating is for the service I got this morning 3/22/23 at 7:45AM. I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffin a chicken mcmuffin and a small black coffee. I got a small black coffee and 1 sausage mcmuffin 1 chicken mcmuffin and a hash brown. I explained that I'm missing a sausage mcmuffin. I explained that I had a hash brown in the bag but I didn't order that. It's early in the morning. I can see the person behind me losing her patience. Now the manager wanted a dollar for the difference so I could get a sausage mcmuffin. I think if you had proper management skills you would have just gave me the sausage mcmuffin. I'm not saying it for a hand-out just the rite thing to do. I gave her my change back and she went and redid the charge again. Still think it wasn't so professional. The managers name is Debbie. I never had a problem in this store. For the most part there very nice to you and the food has been good so far (only that chicken sandwich problem). I wish that they take the time to read these comments and try to correct them. I would take a free sandwich as a gesture that we're sorry for your bad experience. Like I said, I'm not in it for hand-outs. It's just the rite...

The breakfast was okay, but the service is horrible... When I first walked in, the place was totally empty and the older lady standing at the counter just had a mean look on her face, like she really didn't want to be there. There was no greeting, nor any verbal conversation whatsoever. I had a mobile order and without even knowing who I was or asking me what was my order or how can I help you, she just put the bag on the table and proceeded to walk away. I ended up calling back somebody just to get a few condiments and extra napkins, at this point a manager approached and pretty much had the same disposition. He was very standoffish and very stingy on the condiments. I asked for an extra picante and jelly and he just handed me one each without any verbal communication and the funny thing is the gentleman that walked in behind me as I proceeded to walk out, he seemed overly joyed and friendly with that particular customer. I don't know if it was a racial thing or what, but I was very disappointed, especially for buying a 15 to $20 meal. I've been to this McDonald's many times for lunch and dinner and they do have more pleasant staff that engage but the breakfast, 👎I would never go there again for breakfast. Just the lack of customer service...

Honestly, if I could rate this experience it will be an absolute zero. When my friends and I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee was laughing over the speaker which led us to believe that she was on the phone. No one else was in the restaurant with her when we pulled up. When we placed our order, she rushed us which was rather annoying and unprofessional. After placing the order, when we approached the window, she didn't smile, had the ugliest frown on her face and shoved our food at us! When we told her that our order was incomplete, she had an attitude and it showed. She was quick to run away from the window when we asked her condiments, which is again very unprofessional. If I'm paying $22 for a meal, everything needs to be correct and the service needs to be up to par. My burger she forgot is cold and the fries are freezing. I didn't catch the server's name but this experience reminds me that some people really don't take their job very seriously; it's unfortunate because so many people need jobs nowadays. Overall, yes I like McDonald's, but I hope that the service at this establishment improves because she was...
