Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sunrise

I love me some taco bell. Tonight the food was disgusting. I waited in line for about 10 minutes to order and about 5 to get my food. I get home, which I only live 2 minutes away, my hard shell taco was soggy. Not only the bottom from the beef but even to the top of the shell. My crunchwrap supreme taco was not cooked at all and even the hard shell inside just fell apart. I'm highly disappointed about this location and they need to step up their game. The last few visits here the food has been horrible. Never coming back to this location.

UPDATE six days later... I decide to try this taco bell one last time because maybe, just maybe, they were not having a good day or something. The pictures I attached is what my food came out to be. My soft taco literally had one corner of meat and the rest cheese and whatever else. My crunchwrap supreme taco wasn't even cooked!!! I decided to open it and there was no meat inside, I should've took a picture of that. I was even told to drive my car backwards to rest there timer so the manager can think i got my food in time with a pleasant experience. I hate to wait 7 minutes to order while there was no one inside nor in the drive thru. The menu lights still don't work after months of them not working. All in all, why is this taco bell still open?? All the reviews are horrible reviews. This place needs to be remodeled and all the employees need to be fired and replaced. I have way better customer service than these rude idiots have! Or the place needs to be torn down and something else needs to be built because this taco bell is a JOKE! Never again will I go to this place again. I'll stick to the one in the tower shops. I don't care how far I need to drive. I'd stay away from this location if i were you....

It took some time for me to write this review since we were on vacation and I didn't want to waste my time.

The food was ok overall - I mean its fast food. You get what you look for.

The service was horrible. We ordered at the machine and chose ice coffee as drink. I've coffee has to be made by the employees as usual. We received our food and an empty cup to "get the drink by ourselves". I reminded the service lady again that we had an ice coffee and she said something like "yea wait a minute I'll make one". 5 minutes later we still had no ice coffee and the place was not busy at all. We were the only customers inside and at the drive were maybe 1 or 2 cara during our visit. The horrible part about the service: the only service lady was all the time talking with some other people at facetime and was screaming like hell. She ran ever minute outside with the phone because the connection was bad inside. The second time I went to the counter to ask for my ice coffee she wasn't inside the building, so I went back to my place. Few minutes later (she was still outside talking ok the phone) my wife went again to the front and talked to another lady that we are already done eating and still didn't get our coffee... She walked outside and made the service lady go in and finally prepare the coffee. I know its fast food. I know it was not a busy day ...but this is America I mean.. America is famous for its customer service and this was a pure disappointment on that day. (The conversation on face time was of private / fun nature.. they were laughing etc, so it was not an important call with an emergency...

It's kind of hidden away unless you know the area but it's right on the Sawgrass Mills property but not inside of the mall itself. however it's allocated right behind the Chevron gas station on Sunrise boulevard right across from The Office Depot and Publix supermarket but it's on the inside of the Sawgrass Mills parking strip mall in the front part of it . it's not inside of the mall and their food court it's not there that's a special area for different food vendors there's a Burger King in there but there's no Taco Bell in there. Now this Taco Bell is next to Walmart and Home Depot right behind the Chevron. There's a few other fast food restaurants over there too. There's a Steak and Shake fast food and pub, the Pollo Tropical, a Chick-fil-A, and a Taco Bell. I am a fan of Mexican fast food and although they don't have the variety of $5 boxes anymore I really find some special things on the menu that I like and so I continue to go. The food was very fresh, hot, clean, and meat was not overseasoned. Cooked perfectly good I am very happy with their service because of the friendly mature staff. Although the dining room is not open it's nice area you know it's very clean and touristy. actually after getting my food from the drive-thru window I just pulled over into the parking lot and had my food in my car.
