I've never been treated poorly by anyone when going to a store, especially an outlet store to add to insult. I walked in and immediately noticed that store staff, Julie and another sales associate, (both Hispanic older women) did not greet me however proceeded to greet every one else who walked into the store. I was never offered help until asking Julie about a purse (Coachtopia’s Wavy Dinky Bag) that they did not have at the store. I asked if they were able to find out if they had it at another store, and she was very sarcastic with her responses.
Unfortunately after picking up another bag I had the displeasure of requesting her assistance again because there we no other sales associates on the floor at that moment. I waited for her to finish helping another customer and asked her to help me with picking up the Pillow Tabby purse from the back room when she finished with a customer. I didn't notice initially but she ended up walking around the store and helping several other individuals and walked past me several times avoiding eye contact and it seems as if she was making herself occupied in order to not help me. I waited severally minutes between 10-15 which I believe is more than enough time to circle back. Thankfully I saw that another sales associate, Carlos, was more than eager to help me with my matter if not I don't think I ever would've received help at this store.
Im giving this place one star because I did not appreciate the differential treatment I received from this sales associate. I consider Coach an accessible/affordable luxury fashion brand. The outlet stores make this even more accessible to individuals who may not be able to afford a 400-800$ + bag. With that being said, Julie should be reminded of the clientele who walk into that store and aim to provide equal treatment to all patrons. I was dressed in medical scrubs at the time, and was inquiring about the purses that were not apart of the promotion. Next time I will go straight to the...
Read moreI had Handbag to return, I bought online, it was over returning policy and since i am a first time buyer I ask manager who name was William to do an exception like costumer service said that they have that policy but only one time, he told me no i can't do that i only can refund for whatever worth now tho lowest price, and he called costumer service supposedly he spoke with supervisor and she said to not return for full amount. I called back store just to tell manager what is reason for lying, he said come monday we will take it back, and when i was there on Monday he was way to rude he didn't even apologize for what he said or did but trying to.blame girl from costumer service and worse he said is i can give you store credit but you have to use it now right now in store I never heard that before i can use it when i feel like and he had nothing in store . I do not understand how Coach can let someone like William represent them, i told him this is my first time and last shopping here at coach he said i can't force you to come is personal choice, yes but if I bough from coach mean i chose i like that store. To bad shame on Coach for hiring people...
Read moreSo honestly I would give this store a less of a star that I did if it wasn't for 2 of the cashiers. My original cashier Alissa was super nice and helpful and told me that her associate Myra can help me since she was leaving. So this was the issue. I purchased some purses online at Christmas time. Unfortunately, I did not have my receipt with me. The storm manager and a couple of the associates there told me they could not look up my purchases online with my email or my phone number.I would have to look it up and come back. So then I decided to make another purchase, and when I was selling that to the cashier Alissa she said, that's not true. We can look that up and myra took over and we were able to take care of everything, even though the manager did not look very happy that they did that for us. We even told it to the sales associate Sheila, who is helping us? And she goes, oh, wow, really? They could do that. I was thinking it must be nice. They know how to do everything. No one wants to help, or they just want to say, no, it's really sad. I have to tell you the sales associates. Sheila was really sweet. But I do believe everyone needs to be well-trained on how to return things. I get it, you don't want it. To return or exchange things right, but the customer should really be your top.Priority. very disappointed in the way, coach management...
