Today I decided to go to this Home Depot to get some new blind. My foot is currently fractured and as a result, I got one of the motorized carts. I eventually got to the location where the blinds were located, however given the circumstances I required some assistance in order to get the desired blinds.
First I ask a person in paint for assistance as there were no one located in that section of the store where blinds were located. That person indicated to me that he works in paint and he will try to get me someone to help. He announced via the phone that assistance is needed in that location of the store. I then proceeded to head back to that section of the store, waited about 25min. No one showed, which was quite frustrating. Again I tried to get assistance by asking another individual whom at the time was assisting another customer. Again they told me that they will get someone over there. He proceeded to call on the phone and advised that someone will be coming there shortly to assist. Again I waited about 15-20 minutes no one showed up. My goal was to solely to make a purchase of that said blinds and I was determined to do so. Again, I went back to paint told the initial person that helped the first time that no one showed. He responded that he doesn’t know why no one showed up. At that time he was assisting another customer. With the build up frustration I decided to leave, I spent approximately 50min in the store desperately trying to get some assistance in order to make a purchase. Read moreToday I went to the store to find some screws to install my stove, and I asked for help from the staff, the employee MARIO VELEZ approached me in a rude way, nor did he say hello and apparently he was uncomfortable asking for his help, I told him what I was I searched for and he walked quickly and I followed him without saying a single word kindly, I followed him and he taught me something I never asked for, I did not pay attention to his advice, he was veryyyy rude and treated me horrible awful..then I told him that that was not what I was looking for And he sent me to the screw line in a bad way and in a bad attitude, trying to get out of me, I asked him to help me and he told me that that was not his area and that he would look for someone on the line who should do it for him. .I wonder the employees should be a little more cordial, friendly and try to help those of us who are going to buy something we need, this man has a very bad character, a terrible attitude and does not know how to treat people, 0 stars for this store, which I come very often but this man makes it very clear that I am not The clients carry bad service, I give a very bad reference to this employee MARIO VELEZ From ELECTRIC AREA. Not sure, I hope you see this bad experience and make the necessary corrections. because we are all clients, employees and others, but above all people and we deserve respect and consideration. I am renovating my house and the contractor was ready to install the new refrigerator about a week after it was delivered. When we opened the box the Bosch Stainless steel was a much darker color than all the other Bosch appliances (microwave, oven, dishwasher) we ordered. How are we to know all Bosch appliances had same finish but the refrigerator. The reason we ordered Bosch was to keep the same finish (look). There was no floor display for us to compare. The sales associate at Home Depot ordered for us. Very Upsetting (1) Bosch has different steel finish of one appliance from all the rest of them and (2) Home Depot did not accept return when we went back in about a week. The store manager Jean Gordillo was not helpful with the situation.
Now we found out Lowes takes return up to a WEEK. BEST BUY takes return up to 30 days with restocking fees (which I understand). Its 45 days return if you are elite member! Home depot just made my last sales off any appliances for the rest of my life. Just tried calling the store at Sawgrass and I was on hold for 20 mins and they disconnected. That's how bad things are. I have not stepped in to Home depot since. Do not buy major appliances from Home Depot, especially not from Sawgrass branch. Go to Best...
