I recently paid a visit to Don Pan Bakery with high expectations, eager to indulge in their famous empanadas for breakfast. While the food itself was absolutely delicious, I must express my frustration with the excessive wait times and the overall management of the establishment.
Let's start with the positives—the food at Don Pan Bakery is truly remarkable. The empanadas I ordered were filled with mouthwatering flavors and had a perfectly crispy crust. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, showcasing the bakery's dedication to creating delectable offerings.
However, my experience was overshadowed by the long line of people in front of me, resulting in an excruciating two-hour wait to receive my order. I understand that popular establishments can get busy, especially during peak hours, but the management's inability to handle the volume of customers efficiently was disheartening.
While some might be willing to endure a long wait for such scrumptious food, for me, time is precious. It's disappointing to spend such a significant portion of my morning waiting in line instead of enjoying my breakfast. Efficient service and prompt order fulfillment are essential aspects of a positive dining experience.
Sadly, based on my experience, I do not anticipate returning to Don Pan Bakery. However, I sincerely hope that the management takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to address the issues with wait times. By streamlining their operations and implementing better systems, they can create a more enjoyable experience for their patrons.
In conclusion, if you are someone who doesn't mind sacrificing time for exceptional food, Don Pan Bakery might still be worth considering. The flavors are undeniably superb. However, for individuals who value efficient service and timely dining experiences, I regretfully suggest exploring other options. It is my genuine hope that Don Pan Bakery works towards resolving the management issues, as it has the potential to become a truly outstanding establishment that satisfies both the palate and the desire for...

Read moreWe went for lunch and were terribly disappointed by the service of the woman handing out the food. I ordered the Pabellón which is a dish with shredded beef, rice, black bean and plantains. The food was very delicious but I got a huge mound of rice with barely enough beans for half of it. When I asked for a little more beans the woman made a face, caught an attitude and gave me half of a little sauce cup which STILL was not enough. Later my girlfriend asked for a little butter for the pieces of bread that came with her soup and the woman slapped huge globs of butter in an excessive way on her bread. The attitude and behavior was VERY disappointing and unnecessary, especially since the place was pretty empty at the time. The woman had a horrible attitude and made our experience there VERY BAD to the point that I’m NOT inclined to go spend my money where I’m treated so poorly. Evidently she is not the owner considering how she was acting and treating clients. She is definitely NOT an employee I would want working for my business. I would recommend the food and even the girls working the register, they were very nice. Just make sure you don’t ask the woman handing out the food...
