Staff in the front was rude. The gentleman was not helpful at all. First told me that the food will take 45 minutes an hour and 20 minutes later I asked him why is it taking so long? He said he takes orders as a con meeting if someone orders online or on the phone for you They will take that order and make it. He didn’t explain that before hand and he told me it would be a 45 minute wait. Also at one point I was the only patron in the restaurant waiting yet they couldn’t make my food so I can leave. They kept creating online orders that were sitting For pick up, I asked for a refund at one point they said it was too long and that the food was almost ready. Also, at one point the gentleman that runs the front counter is talking to someone with his bare hands started touching his face and his nose, and then walk to the back of the house with the forklift. I have no idea if he was touching anything of what was going on back there, when I finally received my food and went home the food was lukewarm I couldn’t call that night to dispute the charge because I got home at 10:45. They said they close at 11 the staff in the front needs to be better with customer service especially handling customers that are waiting for the home that has overlaps the time you originally told them. Read moreThe first time I had it everything was amazing and they gave a good portion. This time around I am sure I will not be having it again. My boyfriend called to place an order and they advised they did not open until 5:30pm. When that time came it was actually pushed back until 6:00pm. He ordered at the restaurant at 6:00pm exactly and did not get the food until 7:15pm. He only waited because I’m pregnant and that’s what I was craving. When he finally came with the food it was very greasy, they did not give as much food as they did last time, and it was a much smaller plate. Unfortunately this is the reason why it’s hard to support black owned businesses.
