REVIEWING FOR MY GIRLFRIEND horrible falsely advertised and probably fake self posted reviews beware …. Zero stars! Have had nothing but issues since check in. Couldn’t get it. Had me standing outside in 90 plus degree weather with my suitcase and belongings while they just took their time figuring things out. Finally get in, I let them know at 2:54 pm that the remote to my tv didn’t work and was told it would be handled. Mind you it’s raining here so can’t enjoy the pool so what else am I to do? Fast forward to now 7:33pm the issue still isn’t addressed and am now being told I have to wait until tomorrow because there is no one on the property. Why wasn’t this handled hours ago?! Also during my wait I realized there no beach towel or robe like it states online which I mentioned with no acknowledgment of that. Also the outlet next to the bed doesn’t work so I can’t be on my phone and charging it. So I guess I am paying money to just stare at a wall? Also what kind of establishment doesn’t have soap in the bathroom to wash your hands?! This whole experience is a train wreck. AND COCKROACHES !!! STILL NO REFUND AFTER LEAVING PROPERTY AND NOW WONT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS ABOUT PROMISED REFUND

I booked this trip via Airbnb. The ratings on the Airbnb account looks good but it’s probably because everyone cancels their reservation after getting here! My first room was room # 6 and I stepped inside and immediately smelled musty like mildew/mold. I couldn’t see any visible mold but I could smell it and it was absolutely foul. Then I began seeing hairs from the previous guest, pubic hair in the drawers, dirty toilet(pee drippings), debris on the ground, etc. but the smell really began to bother me. I reached out to Gavin’s team and they switched my room reservation to room number #7. #7 smelled clean but I walked in and the first thing I saw was mold on the curtain and immediately brought it up less than 10 min after taking with Josiah’s team. They were less understanding and said they would send a cleaner to spot clean… how do you spot clean mold? As I looked more in the room, the more mold I found. Mold on the curtains, baseboards, couch, surfboard, air conditioning unit, books, floor, etc. You be the judge whether or not this is acceptable for a rental.

Please save your sanity! This place was horrible. MOLD, dust, dead bugs, musty, no air flow, windows don’t open, shower has HALF a door. I booked on air bnb the host LISA was awful she knew nothing and won’t even give us back some of our money. My sister hasn’t had an eczema breakout in years and once her skin hit the sheets she was breaking out her whole body became inflamed. There was literally nobody there the second night my sister and I felt like we were being set up for a kidnapping so we packed up in 5MIN and ran out of there and slept in our rental vehicle at the Walgreens. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but it felt like something was seriously off my gut was turning.the room is the biggest cat fish ever! The pool area is dark and not kept clean. Please as a female don’t risk yourselves do not book here! I honestly feel like an investigation is needed this place just seems off

AWFUL EXPERIENCE||||We booked the King Bed room at the Las Olas B&B to ensure we get the most comfortable room. If we are taking the time to write this review, it's because we were very disappointed by the quality of the room and by the service.||||||First of, no breakfast was offered, even though the website clearly indicated it that it was included in the price. The place is called a Bed and Breakfast after all! Covid or not, they could think of another way to compensate for the situation, that's what all other B&B and hotels are doing. ||||We were also welcomed into a room smelling of must and humidity, evidently coming from the bathroom where we found mold. Ventilation in the bathroom only worsened the smell and given its appearance, it clearly hadn't been cleaned nor checked in ages.||||||The big disappointment was also the King Bed (supposedly the best room they have) which was broken!! The springs at the bottom were completely messed up leaving a big whole at the bottom of aware mattress. We have never encountered such a bad bed before, not even in lower grade hostels! The pillows were also old and not comfortable.||||||Not to mention that at our arrival, there were towels missing and no toilet paper...we had to call and wait for someone to come bring them to us.||||||What probably worsened the situation is that there was heavy rain when we were staying there which did not help with the humidity smell. After two days, the smell in the room was no longer bearable. We found ourselves having no other choice but to leave Las Olas B&B. We explained the situation to the host and he promised he would refund the remaining 3 night we had booked (see email exchanges in photos).||||Three months later, despite numerous reminder emails, we still have not received the refund and we are no longer getting any responses to our emails.||||||In short, HORRIBLE rooms and TERRIBLE customer experience. If you want to have a decent time, we do not recommend that you stay at...
