Dunkin' — Restaurant in Superior

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve given this location more than enough chances, and it’s consistently disappointing. The drive-thru is incredibly slow—even when you're the only car and the inside is empty. They often ask you to pull up to the curb so it looks like they’re getting orders out faster, but that’s not actually the case. Communication is poor when placing an order, and they get it wrong every single time. This morning, I decided to give them one last try by ordering ahead through the app—20 minutes before I arrived. Still, my order wasn’t ready when I got there, and it took another 10 minutes to receive my food and drink. Unfortunately, they got it wrong again. I ordered the bacon-topped avocado toast and was given the plain version—even though I paid extra for the bacon. It’s incredibly frustrating because all they need to do is read the order correctly. I haven't had Baskin Robbins in 3 decades and quite honestly I was just so excited they were still in business when I found out we were getting one!!!! I have so many fond memories of this place growing up on Long Island. The last location I remember being open was in Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington where my grandparents lived. They and my aunts & uncles took me there often (big bonus being the first grandkid lol) Anyhow, this new location brought all that back for me which was wonderful!!! Still 31 flavor's and they offer sampling, still good topping choices and now there are so many cone options as well! Still bigger portions than you'd expect and to top it all off noticably great customer service!!! Thrilled to have them right up...
