I would give zero stars if available. My brother (whom is blind and on disability) purchased a Juno vape pen 2 weeks ago. The battery has already stopped working and will not charge. According to the manufacturer website, the battery is warranted for a period of 1 year. The warranty states to take it back to the place of purchase. This shop is refusing to assist in any way. The manager says there is nothing they can do and won’t even make an exchange because it shows signs of use. Really? It is purchased for use. I would advise all not to do business here. They are willing to lose a customer over a $22...

Absolutely DO NOT buy Kratom from this store!!!! They sell Earth Kratom packs 65ct 150ct and 300ct. The 65ct is $22.00 the 150 is $44.00 and the 300 is $80 he told me they were beach prices and seemed annoyed that I thought it was too much. He also wouldn't tell me of any other place that might sell it...but found another store 1.5 miles down the road that sells the 150 ct if the same brand for $16.99 which is the normal price!! Go down to Ace Tobacco and Vape for all your kratom needs! Dont waste your money at this...

I used to buy all my vaping supplies from up in smoke, but after they treated me so badly this last trip I will never give them my business again. The two guys working there hate to answer your questions and are rude. Wow I am speechless.... I left and went to another vape shop and they were much nicer and helpful. If you want high prices and no help and want to get treated badly go to up in smoke, if you want a good experience then do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.... Even a gas...
