The paleta was delicious, I gave 2 stars for the experience. It was my first time in and I was confused since there is no sign explaining how to pick your ice cream, no menu, no prices. the young man who worked there asked me if I had been there before, I said no. So he explained how their system worked. He said you pick a flavor and then pick your toppings. I picked a flavor and he asked what toppings I wanted, I added two toppings. He went to ring me up and it rang up and $10, each topping was an extra charge. The food was great but you need signs explaining your menu and pricing. Your employee even stated you had no menu for customers displayed. I feel as though your employee used my inexperience at the store to make sure I added toppings I was unaware were extra. Transparency with price is important, I would not have felt swindled if the price was shown beforehand. If Versace mansion can put on their menu that their cocktails are $25 each, I think y’all can say ur paleta is $10 and people will...

Tried the paletas here for the first time. Got the strawberry cheesecake with white chocolate and pistachios. Taste was excellent but spoiled by the guy who prepared it as he dropped it in another topping. He offered to remake it but as I don’t like waste and it didn’t seem it got much of the other topping I told him it was fine. Having it on the way home, some bits actually contained the undesired topping and was not something I enjoyed. Looking back, paying full price (almost 10 dollars) for it turnt it into a disappointing experience as this paleta was otherwise going to the bin.
