   Read moreOh my goodness, It took me roughly 6 different occasions getting coffee, and 6 times times explaining to different baristas what kind of coffee I want before I finally got the right one. Whatever, the problem is that when I come in and order that same drink, it ends up different with every single time, today I came in and had my drink remade literally 7 times, the whole trip took me an hour inside the store, and being remade that many times my drinks STILL are not correct, I don't know what the morning crew was taught different than the evening, but I literally repeated my order seven times back to back and had it messed up 7 times even until now. I will most likely never come back to a place that can only get their own drink combination correct 1/3 of the time. Today is 04/18 at 5:30am. Truly sad. And yup, both coffees still wrong, I hope management looks at the cameras because this was a truly horrible experience. I reread my order literally 7 times. I am wearing an orange construction shirt with vest and hat. Not the first time my drinks have been messed up from morning crew, with fuels and coffees, would be a daily customer otherwise, just came back on 04/19 for my bosses coffee 9:30 am, asked for cold brew, with 2 servings of sugar, 2 servings of cream, and 2 pumps of caramel drizzle, I was served a regular large coffee no sugar or caramel with one serving of cream.    Read moreI'm a delivery driver. They recently changed their policy in a way that really seems to be a punitive action towards delivery workers. Rather than having a dedicated pickup area for online orders, they now force us to wait in line with people who haven't even placed orders yet. Every other place that I know of has a pickup area. Today, after waiting in line, I asked the worker who checked me in if there was a manager I could talk to about potentially changing the policy or explaining why it's needed. She said no, and that it was a corporate decision. I commented that it was horrible customer service and left it at that. I didn't blame her, or berate her. I know it's not her fault in the slightest. When I was handed my order by a different young lady, she told me I should "be nicer to them next time I come in". She then proceeded to argue with me about how they're too busy to handle delivery or mobile orders the way that literally every other busy restaurant does. She asked me how they could do it better. I told her. She continued to argue. I told her that if the first young lady felt I was being mean, would she please apologize to her for me. That was never my intention.
The employees here that I've come in contact with today behaved in a very unprofessional and aggressive way. I'd love to never go there again and don't look forward to the next time I'm sent a delivery request for this...
