I thought it was pretty funny at first when I bit into my cheese burger and realized there was no meat patty on my burger, only to find out that both of my burgers did not have a burger patty. When I called the phone number listed on maps, a very nice girl named Caitlyn answered and laughed with me and said to go ahead and come back in and she’ll make it right. Well due to the economy nowadays the time didn’t come until a month later when I stopped in for a quick dinner. Upon arrival I ordered my husband’s food on the app and told the driver thru lady my code, I then advised her of the situation and said that Caitlyn knows me and I gave her my name all really in a nice manner because I understand mistakes happen. Apparently the drive thru lady missed the customer service lesson during her training because her response was “ya I don’t have a Caitlyn here” my response being okay well someone’s gotta be able to help me. Miss nasty Nelly said “uhhuh pull up to the first window. Great so I wait my turn in the drive thru and quickly explain to the apparent “manager” on duty ( the old lady must’ve skipped a lifelong of customer service experience because she was just as terrible) never have I had a mistake with my food become such an inconvenience. I was told that I needed to have a receipt because my meal was over 5 dollars, crazy how every meal from McDonald would be over $5 dollars and this was over a month ago. I explained to the lady who couldn’t care less that I have a picture, I have the phone call from the day of the missing patty & I can provide my bank statement. She proceeds to tell me the number I called is wrong. Thanks google. The Paul blart of managers proceeds to argue with me in the drive thru and absolutely not help me get the food that I’m literally owed? Fast forward to me getting frustrated at the fact that she is telling me no that her “corporate office” would question why she gave me a 12 dollar meal for free which is absolute BS considering McDonald’s is one of the largest fast food companies. Anyway, she proceeds to send me to window 2 to discuss with the floor manager. So I do and the lady hands me my food I ordered on the app and I ask the lady if she’s who I need to speak with and she just looks at me like I’m an idiot. I proceed to ask for the manager because what even is customer service I guess So the floor manager comes to the window and I explain again, I show my picture and the call I placed and she looks at me with the same incompetent look and giggles “ya I have no Caitlyn here” okay thanks so am I going to get my burgers with actual meat on them or ? The floor manager proceeds to say “yeah I’ll get you burgers, pull up to the last window” awesome so I pull up again and wait another 15 minutes in the drive thru. Only for another nice lady to ask me what I’m waiting for. Great I inform this new lady what I’m waiting for. The floor manager finally comes up and basically throws the bag at me and says “so sorry” and shuts the window before I could say have a nice night. Lets just say I won’t be returning to this location and let’s all be thankful people who work at this McDonald’s don’t have an actual job in the world that takes a few more...
Read moreI stop at this McDonald’s every day after dropping my daughter at school and normally pay in exact cash for the same meal so I know my total down to the penny amount. Today for some reason my total ended up being two dollars more than normal with no explanation. If you’re gonna raise prices, at least say you’re raising the prices but if no one can tell me why my total is two dollars more - then it shouldn’t be. If menu prices have gone up your employees should be aware & your customers shouldn’t have to be surprised. My sausage cheese biscuit meal is $5.65 every day today it was $7.65.
