Went in to get drinks for my kids and myself and one of the kids asked for the mocha cookie crumble and asked for it without whipped cream. The employee (Gina) put it on anyway which is whatever, things happen. However, when I told her it was without because my kid won't eat anything with whipped cream, she decided it was fine to just scoop most of it off the top and it would be fine. I had to tell her it needed to be remade the proper way. She got very hateful that she had to do her job the right way and "forgot" to make the rest of our order. The staff always act as if you are an inconvenience. They are consistently involved in personal conversations in front of customers. They consistently demonstrate that those personal conversations take priority over the customer by making the customers wait to order so they can finish their personal conversation. GIN rang up 2 different teas, cancelled the lowest one (lemonade tea) when i ordered a green tea. She then copped an attitude when i politely questioned the overcharge. frys starbucks upcharges and hires people with bad attitudes.
