I am typically a very forgiving person when it comes to customer service, especially in the fast food industry. I previously worked at a chain fast food restaurant, so I try to be empathetic and understanding. However, the service at this Taco Bell is horrid. My fiancé and I have gone several times now and it seems each time the staff have become incredibly less professional.
Practically every time we go, our order has multiple errors. There have been many occasions where we were given the wrong order altogether. When we go inside and calmly explain the situation, the staff don't even speak or look at us. They simply hand us our order silently. In the rare case that they do make eye contact or address us, their answers are often curt.
In addition to this, the wait times are atrocious. The line is often wrapped around the building and through the external area of the parking lot. Even when the line seems to be calm the food takes ages to be done. Now, I will argue that if the customers before us had a hefty order that that could happen. But when it happens nearly every time we go it seems unreasonable.
When we do get our correct order, the food is often of poor quality. They can immediately hand us a Mexican pizza and we'll open it on the spot to find a completely shattered meal with toppings splayed everywhere but the pizza. Tacos have been improperly wrapped and spilled. Our Cinnabon treats have been given to us with no filling.
Ultimately, I am disappointed with this location's service and would recommend anyone in the area to take the few extra minutes to drive to the one about five...
Read more1/21/22 - They really deserve no stars. I ordered my food online and selected that I would pick it up in store because its lunch time and the drive thru can get busy. I get there and there is a sign on the door that the inside is closed because of staffing issues. Due to that there is over 15 cars in the drive thru and no way I'm going to be able to wait in line to get my food and get back to work without running late getting back to work. I call the store and ask the manager if she can bring my food to the door and I'm told NO (rather rudely). I ask her how I get a refund because I'm going to be late getting back to work if I have to wait in the drive thru line and she tells me I will need to call my bank and dispute the charges.
There is no way I'm going to do that as it would take even longer than waiting in the line, which is what I ended up having to do. Choosing to eat at this taco bell cost me my lunch break and made me late getting back to work. They handle their business VERY poorly! DO BETTER!!! Year 2020 - Sadly I eat taco bell at least 4 times a week. That said, I love the food and visit exactly 3 taco bells to get my 'fix'. They have taken two of my favorite things off the menu Meximelt and the Enchirito. Two of the other taco bells will make the meximelt (i mean why not right, its just a soft taco - lettuce +pico and steam. Read moreI didn't have a good experience at this Taco Bell 😕. When we walked in, there was nobody at the counter. A few other customers were waiting too. All of the staff were working in the food preparation area . There was a order kiosk machine that we tried to use but my grandkids really wanted ICEE drinks and there were no choices to order ICEE drinks on the kiosk. We waited a good 5 minutes and finally I just told my Grandkids they would need to order other drinks. So we ordered on the kiosk. It took about 10 minutes for our food to be done and they didn't even give us our drink cups with the order. We had to go back up to the counter to get those, which took another 5 minutes since nobody was at the counter. Thete were no staff cleaning the tables, so the atmosphere left a lot to be desired too. The tacos were incredibly skimpy with hardly any filling. Everything just felt sloppy and rushed. As we left the restaurant, I did notice that there was a lot of cars in the drive through lane, so apparently I'm guessing that was probably what was going on, but the restaurant shouldn't only be focused on the drive through lane when they've got a restaurant full of people as well. as I left there were several people waiting to get orders in as well.
