Elvis' Rhythm and Brews Sutter Creek — Restaurant in Sutter Creek

I went to Rhythm and Brews in Sutter Creek Thursday night after receiving a flyer about a dart tournament that was starting at Rhythm and Brews every week on Thursday night at 6:00pm for fun and getting out and meeting new people and playing darts. The people who run the place were going out of the way to help with setting up boards and score boards and hopefully they are going to help with better lighting over the boards. They have craft beer. I've been told they have great food, I personally didn't eat there Thursday night. I do plan to try the food this Thursday night and will update my review. I wandered into this cavernous space after walking past an empty street of shut down shops. On first take, this looked like a terrific spot to hear music and drink some cold beer. However, the AI generated Elvis impersonator behind the bar didn’t seem interested in my being there. I sat, watching him pour himself a can of A&W into a glass and then slowly and shakily drinking from it. Weird.

I had given him three or four clues I wanted a beer but to no avail.

I went the more direct route: Are you serving beer today?

He grunted, “Speak.”

Well, my feet did the speaking for me that night. And, for that, I say, thank you, thank you very much.

First time there..welcomed to do a beer tasting, after asking to try a second beer (mind you just enough to cover the bottom of the shot glass) a red-bearded very rude worker came up saying "you are all over the map, we are not a beer tasting room" hubby and I were caught off guard by his unprofessional tone and unwelcoming attitude towards new faces... we decided to buy a glass each anyway (regret it now) and an appetizer and sat down. Spent a good 30 minutes there, no one came to check on us or see how we were doing, only company was the many fruit flies buzzing around. We are locals and plan to spread our experience around.
