Within 2 days of receiving the notice, if he did not send the necessary signed form in, it would have been shut off. We went to the printing department so he could print the form off his phone. They gave him a slip with undetailed instructions about how to print through a computer that charges a high rate per hour to upload the form through his email. A human being would have been of great assistance. It did not work, and the area was messy. There's a table to do work that had trash on it, and the white out bottle wasn’t closed and spilled all over his hands when he tried to move it. Hey, it's Staples! You always know exactly what you're going to get. There's always pros and cons* - That's true of any retail store. True, in fact, of most anything I can think of - now that I think of it! *Pros: In my most recent experience, I found a hard-to-come-by item & a friendly manager; C-virus masks in packs of 50 for ~$26 + tax (Another plus: I had a $25 coupon from a previous computer repair - which they performed right there - where I'd bought the thing. See how the "Pro's" keep mounting up?) Cons: Higher prices - except for the aforementioned masks, of course. Ah, well, it is, after all, like I said up front: You know exactly what to expect going in.

I love it here . theres a little bit of everything and the best staples location is nestled in here. No complaints at all. Although the manager at dunks can be a bit of a crabby patty in the morning....u know the one time people want a smile and a coffee. If u try to get out of the way and get your coffee at the sandwich end of the counter she has a nutty.... Chill lady. None of us want to be out at 6 ,7, or 8. Prime our days ....
