Edit again: my coworker got me a couple things from here and it was actually really good. I just wish someone would have communicated with me about the terrible first experience I had
Edit: it has been 4 months and not one person has reached out. Clearly an owner who picks and chooses who’s complaint is worth responding to... or better yet, which one they can defend or not.
If I could give it zero stars I would and I didn’t even get a chance to eat there
My coworker was trying to place an order for us on the website/ app. The software kept saying that it could not process the order and to call the establishment to do so. When she called the girl on the phone said they don’t take phone orders.... umm ok? She hung up but I wanted to know what the deal is because that’s kind of a bullsh*t practice especially when your website is not working.
I called and asked if there was a manager available to which the girl responded “I’m not sure let me check” How the hell do you “not know” if your manager is there ?
A man got on the phone who was pleasant enough however he laughed at my complaint more than once. Not at me, maybe, hope not at least but after explaining the situation about the website asking to call to order, but not taking phone orders his response was “laugh well I don’t have a solution for that one” My suggestion for a solution is to maybe i don’t know.... take phone orders until the website was restored and he explained they could not do this because people were coming to pick up their food without paying for it...
What the hell kind of restaurant has their employees so under trained and uneducated that they can’t check a slip to see if the order is paid for before handing it to the customer???
After running a restaurant for many years of my life I find this to be absolutely beyond unprofessional embarrassing for them to be so untrained they can’t even function without using a website to do so.
Will never go and already know everyone I know won’t be. Good luck to the owners, maybe they’ll have more luck keeping their doors open if they train their staff better.
Also I might add they he suggested I go through Uber eats and pay $5 delivery charge to literally go across the street....
Read moreThis location used to be good, but now the service is absolutely terrible. The workers simply do not know how to do their job. They mess up something with my order frequently and are not respectful or helpful when you bring it to their attention. Not to mention, I accidentally dropped my smoothie during my last visit here and asked them to remake it for me which they did, but they made it completely wrong the second time. On top of that, one of the workers gave me a mop to clean up the mess and didn’t even ask politely, she just pointed to the mess and then the mop. I would’ve cleaned up the mess on my own, but the disrespect of the situation makes me never wanna go here again. Smoothies are expensive, I’d rather have good service and a good smoothie if I’m gonna be spending the money on it. Do not recommend this location. I know that I will not be...

I'm only giving 3 stars because the smoothie wasn't half bad.
Edit I found a few wontons and 2 pieces of scallion. There was also a bite or 2 of cilantro. So wanted to change my review. Also, the salad dressing was really good**
However, I ordered a Thai chicken salad, got home and there's 3 small pieces of chicken, a ton of shredded lettuce and carrots and that's IT! NO wontons, NO cilantro, NO sesame seeds, NO scallions. So I paid almost $11 for shredded carrots and lettuce. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 And I left a good cash tip. Having worked in the restaurant industry I always tip well. But the fact that I waited 20 minutes for some kid to throw shredded lettuce and carrots(that were wilted btw lol) in a bowl and throw in a small cup of dressing, and lets not forget the 3 small pieces of chicken,...
