Noticed lack of effort in staff. Went on multiple occasions, double checked orders before paying when received coffee dairy wrong had to reassemble my own sandwich multiple times. EXCESSIVE amount of salt on pretzel bottom of bag filled with salt, today no Salt!!🤣 No consistency, SOME staff friendly most inconsiderate of customer service and should probably seek a different profession.🤷🏻‍♀️

03/24: Ordered a hot chocolate and it was on point. Perfect temperature and the flavor was amazing. The employees are always nice. Pur pups were also satisfied with their pup cups. Thanks, Biden! Previous review: Good drinks. Asked for light ice and this is what I got. Thanks Biden.

This is the worst coffee shop I have ever been to. Bitter employees will make you the worst coffee of your life. It is UNPALATABLE. The coffee tastes like they clean their coffee pots with liquid dish soap without wiping them down!! The nasty coffee then tastes like soap, and the lack of quality will make you sick if the soapy taste doesn’t. Either cut your prices by 3/4, or take your shop somewhere else. Consistently nasty coffee for the last 5+ trips.

PS Don’t listen to the guides that have been to other Aroma Joe’s but not this one. This aroma location USED TO be good, but the way the staff makes the coffee now, and they have served me cold sandwiches - it’s not worth your time, and especially not your money. Dunkin is better than this location. I’ve never tasted...

This was only my 2nd visit to Joe's and so far I am very impressed. They have enough variety on the menu to allow you to choose things you are used to from a coffee shop or try something different. The prices are fair and the place looks very clean. I interacted with 4 different employees on the 2 trips I've taken here and all 4 were very friendly and willing to answer my questions. The girl working there today even made some treats for my dogs, and her manager was nice enough to let her go outside for a minute to deliver them herself. Both my girls were very happy with their "pup cups". Great food, great service. Thank you Aroma Joe's staff!!! I will...

Don't waste your time with their inconsistent quality. I have gone through the drive through and Doordash and both ways have been terrible.With hot sandwiches are cold and drinks made wrong. Doordash is worse. I usually receive a text from the dasher have to wait for the order to be completed so a 20 minute time frame turns into 40 minutes. 2023 update: Two years later and still horrible service. I went through the drive through and had my order repeated several times and was given the wrong items. The person just closed the drive through window and stood there. Waste of...
