Dunkin' — Restaurant in Swansea

This morning at about 8:20am. I went to my local dunkin. I ordered three breakfast burritos and a med ice coffee. Generally the drive thru is my usual means to order and my order is normally correct and done well. . Yet this morning the drive thru was backed up. I went in instead. As I am waiting for my food 15+min and the cashier hands a lady a med ice coffee and 3 breakfast burriots. I thought to my self ...hmm... same order as mine. At this point 20 minutes passed. Im still waiting. After another 5 minutes I asked the cashier about my food. She begins to fumble her words and says I gave your food away, the lady just took it. Almost immediatly the customer comes in with my order and says I got the wrong order. The cashier then passes me the order she gave the customer and says here is your order. I was taken back "I said no thank you, I will take a fresh order." I look at the customer and say," "No offense." Instead of making me a new order without asking. The Cashier tried to give me the order that has been with another customer over 5 min. The moment of refusal. She gives the customer my order free. saying to her she cant take it back. Makes her order then gives it to her then makes mine. Wow. I am beside my self at this point. What kind of Customer service is that. I made no complaint in the store normally I would let it go but today I decided to leave my first customer review One customer made out because she got the wrong order. I should have been reimbursed or something. For poor customer service. I waited 1/2 hr. Was going to be given food that left the store. I paid for my meal tipped $1.00 prior to the food being made and got to work late. I got to work 17min late. Lost wages and gave away $1.00. I am thinking about asking the manager to reimburse my lost wages. I have never left a review. I had to because I am baffled by what just occured. Am I wrong? For bringing this to the publics attention. Its just not okay with me. Kind of a bad start to my day. Dunkin cost me a lor this morning and also made me look bad by arriving...

Went to this location and ordered some items to include Iced Strawberry Lemon Loaf. I pull up to the window to pay the woman. I pulled off and noticed that she hadn't given me the Strawberry Loaf. I pulled around again to the window and waited patiently for someone to come. I tapped on the window and the same woman came to the window and asked in a very rude way if she could help. I told her that she didn't give me the Strawberry Loaf. She tells me, "that I did not have to bang on the window". I told her she was very rude and requested to speak to the supervisor, as she forgot to give me what I had paid for. She walks away and the window closed. I get the attention of another worker who comes to the window and I ask to speak to the supervisor. This person stated he was the shift leader. I tell him the situation of what transpired. He states, "she is new and being trained". He apologized and I asked his name and the owner's name. He stated he was Dillon but didn't know the owner's name.

If this person is being trained, they need to be remedial training and the trainer as well. If you don't want to work in a customer facing business go find something else to do. Being rude to a customer because you forgot a item is not only stealing, it's poor customer service. The millions of dollars that these businesses make because the items that customers pay for are not provided. I should not had to go around to the drive up window a second time if the order was correct and they get mad at...

I have never written a review but felt this needed to be addressed. I went yesterday afternoon around 4 --The drive through line was long and slow, I figured it was short staffed. People started tooting their horns. When we went to order we waited for like 5 minutes. I started saying "hello" "hello" NOTHING. People kept driving out of the line. I drove around to the front of the building and a lady said that no one is inside. The doors were locked but all the lights were on. I saw the workers coffee cups on one of the tables. the donuts and everything were still out but no one was there. was very weird. I was told by someone that this is not the first time it has happened there. I have gone to this dunks many times and have not had a problem before. Hope it...
