so today I had about the worst experience ever at any fast food place, let me start by saying that i went and purchased a meal for someone who doesn't eat pork and has a stomach problems which I mentioned. this happened around 3 pm or so, the person was busy so they were not able to eat it to later in the day, the order was wrong, I went to get it fixed and the assistant manager was not only unprofessional but disgustingly rude, I got her name as she was sarcastic and showed me her badge, her name was melania, I requested to speak to a manager but she argued with me as to why it took so long for me to come back to get the order fixed, I initially told her not everyone eats right away....she turned her back on me and was arrogant and argued with me about the time difference, I am a manager myself and regardless of the time it takes for any customer to come and fix a problem I believe that it is the manager's job or in this case the assistant manager's job to fix the problem rather then escalate the situation. as I mentioned that I too was a manager she again was sarcastic about my response and so I demanded to speak to someone else in charge or at least in charge of her, there were many customers behind me and saying to just fix the problem, when she finally took whatever came out finished product line she did not even to bother to look but she handed me a burger with bacon, I believe I mentioned that the person doesn't eat bacon because of their religion. when I asked for the fries she actually went into the trash can to get the bag she threw away and opened it up in front of the long line of customers behind me and said there were no fries, yet I ordered a meal, I told her all I have is the soda so you made another mistake, she proceed to ignore me and kept on serving clients and giving them their food.....here's the kicker she never washed her hands and even if she was wearing gloves which I don't believe she was they had already been in the trash can when she got the bag of food I gave her.....so my question is? does Burger King just hire unprofessional, unqualified people to manage and to ensure the health codes which all fast food restaurants should follow? if so there was a big oversight when hiring this assistant manager melania. Read moreI recently visited the Burger King at Dolphin Mall and I must say, it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that my order was taken and prepared exactly as I wanted it. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious.
I ordered the Whopper meal and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The fries were crispy and hot, and the soda was nice and cold. Overall, the meal was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.
What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience. It's not often that you come across such great service, and it really made my visit to Burger King at Dolphin Mall a memorable one.

I opted in for tracking the order and was given a delivery time, told who the third party delivery person would be and the progressive status of the order until the time of delivery was just over five minutes away when I received a text notification from the third party delivery company stating the order had been cancelled by the restaurant and I would need to contact them directly for information. The listed phone goes to a recorded message that has no opportunity for leaving a message and does not get answered even during the hours posted as being their “open for business” times. Meanwhile they collected the money for the order and have not made any effort whatsoever to communicate with me nor is my account reflecting a credit for the amount paid for the order.
