We were seated almost immediately, and we thought “oh well, we are so lucky to get here when slow” and it was kind of slow but in a different way! Let’s begin with the fact that we waited over 30 minutes after requesting upon entry, for the hostess to get a high chair for our child! Subsequently our server’s time to just land in to our table, after seated was around 15/20 minutes to get him to introduced himself before fleeing without taking our beverage order! He came again after around 2 minutes to take our beverage order and the starters! And we asked for a high chair, again! The beverages arrived no high chair yet! I had to walk towards the back and ask other house staff for it, and we had it delivered a little over 30 minutes after seated. After bringing the starter he asked for the main course order! To which we asked for some guidance! He barely said this spicy this not with sauce…. Terrible but we were fine we wanted to it at this point we had over an hour seated with just one glass of soda, and the starters! He took the order and the menus and flew out to anywhere to be found! Our food came around the 90 minute mark after seated. We ate and had to drink the water we were carrying as no server to ask for a refill! I think unlimited refills meant if you’re lucky you might get one refills! I didn’t mind paying for every refill but we couldn’t order the dessert! Because after 25 minutes looking for the server! He produced himself and asked how was everything! I told him all good bring me the check! He left and returned 2 minutes after with the check! I retain him to give him my card because he almost dropped the check and ran away! I gave him my card without even seeing the check! I rather be charged extra than waiting 30 more minutes to get him taking my card! But I was wrong! He took 30 minutes to charge my card! I was refreshing my bank app just to see when he will slide it! And around 25th minute mark, my phone chimed with the confirmation! And he took his sweet time to bring the receipt to the table! I lost 3 hours of my life to eat greasy sliders, flavorless beef and meatballs, and the worst service I’ve got since the time I went to Burger King at 1am! Horrible experience! My wife was so mad that she even stopped eating and ran outside to just breathe because we were basically kidnapped by the inattentive server! I even thought I’ll just leave without my card! The food was bad, the service was atrocious! It hurt me paying to beg for service and food! Never ever coming back and if someone asks me! I’ll just tell the truth! If you have nothing to do and endless time to waste! And you’re in the mood for the most bland, tasteless, and off putting texture! Then this Cheesecake Factory it’s the best option to enjoy paying to be treated like garbage!
Date of visit 11/08/2024 around 6pm. And the server’s name well either he never said what it was or he said and it got outcasted by his lack of customer service basics!
Eat at McDonald’s you’ll be served with dignity and your food won’t be good but will be at least the quality...
Read moreI do not usually write reviews, but I feel that this is something that I need to share.
My experience during my latest visit was definitely disappointing to say the least. My parents took me out for my birthday, and I choose The Cheesecake Factory as the restaurant. I ordered a macaroni and cheese burger, well done, with sweet potato fries. It took almost an hour for my order to be brought to the table. The waiter kept coming back to the table, assuring me that the order was being prepared. Once it was finally brought to the table, I questioned why it took so long, whereas the table across from us, who arrived more than a half an hour after us, received their order at the same time as we did. And their order also included a burger. The waiter said that since my order was well done, they had to take additional steps to ensure it is cooked “properly” on both sides, along with the frying of the Mac and cheese on top of it. While I was already a little skeptical, I thought that perhaps they were really just making sure my order was properly prepared. But when I cut into the burger, I knew that this definitely wasn’t the case. I was brought a medium rare, or maybe even closer to rare, burger. You can be the judge from the attached photo. And, as you can see, I was given regular fries instead of the sweet potato fries as I ordered.
I do not doubt that someone neglected my order entirely. After waiting for almost an hour for my food, receiving explanations and assurances of my food being properly prepared, and then to receive what I did, what else could it be? I feel that my order was definitely forgotten by someone, and that it was prepared and sent out to me in a rushed manner once they realized it. Both the waiter and the manager were apologetic, and we were given our appetizer as a courtesy. But that doesn’t take away the fact of the experience that I had as described above. I most definitely will not be returning...
Read moreI had high hopes for my visit but unfortunately, this experience left a lot to be desired. I made a reservation several days in advance and arrived 15 minutes early. When I checked in, the hostess offered my party and me either an outdoor table immediately or an indoor table with a wait. Since it was chilly, we opted to wait for an indoor table.
After 15 minutes, I followed up, only to be told that a table was still not ready. Meanwhile, I witnessed a walk-in party arrive, and the hostess immediately offered them the option of a high-top indoor table or a booth with a wait. This was frustrating, as my party and I had been waiting longer and were not given the same option.
A gentleman named Kenny approached the hostess desk to assist me, and I explained our situation. He was professional and apologetic, trying to resolve the issue. However, I overheard the hostess explain in Spanish why she prioritized the walk-in party, and when I responded in Spanish to clarify my side, her tone and explanation were dismissive. She claimed she had offered us the high-top table earlier, which was untrue—my party and I would have gladly accepted it as we were hungry.
When we were finally seated, we were fortunate to have a kind and attentive waitress, Josselyn. However, the experience took another hit when one of our entrees arrived cold. Josselyn informed Kenny, who kindly offered to reheat it, but I declined as it had already dampened the experience.
While I appreciate the efforts of Kenny and Josselyn, the poor handling of reservations, lack of fairness, and the cold entree made this visit disappointing. I expected better organization and communication from a restaurant of this caliber. Sadly, this was not a...
