Rotelli Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Sweetwater

First of all. It took the waiter about five minutes to give us a cup of water . The waiter was talking to me as if we wre buddies for years. really? This guy does not even know me to talk to me like that. he kept calling me brother. I mean com' on. be more professional. They brought us the bread with the meal. Aren't they supposed to bring you that first. And this goes on. They had these two ladies sitting at the bar and the whole staff was flirting with them instead of paying attention to their job. Finally when we got to the dessert part. My girlfriend wanted canole , because she was craving that and it took them 10 minutes to come back and tell us that they didn't have it. At the end , of course i asked for the bill and the guy said one more time here you bro and almost threw the check on the table. Its such a shame that places like this are still runing. Apparently the manager was not around or he sucks as a manager. i would never go again to a place like this. It makes Dolphin mall look really bad. I could keep on and on about this place. What really shocked me before i forget. They included in the receipt a Homeless Aid Tax for $0.45. really? Please do not waste your...

I wouldn’t even give this place a star (given only by default). I can’t speak for their food as I didn’t get a chance to place my order. The service was absolutely horrible. After being seated, we sat at the table for 15 minutes (no exaggeration) and waited for the waitress to greet us and take our drink order. The staff walked by and did not acknowledge that we had not been helped. The restaurant wasn’t busy at the time and did not appear to be understaffed. The staff was quite oblivious. We then had to flag down a waitress and explained to her we have been waiting for 15 minutes since seated without anyone coming over. She did not apologize and instead just said ok. She said she didn't know who the waitress was and only after we said we were going to leave, she offered to take the order, but didn’t seem like she cared much. On our way out, I saw our original waitress and explained to her that we were leaving. She did not seem to understand or care and never bothered to apologize. I am surprised how someone this place runs with such a lack of customer service. I see I am not the only one who encountered this. I do not recommended going to this place. So many other better...

I ordered the Hawaiian pizza and it was not the best. It barely had any pineapple, ham, or mozzarella cheese. It was also burnt a little on the sides. Also, it was overpriced for no reason. However, the worst part about this restaurant was the TERRIBLE customer service.

It took more than 15 minutes for a waiter to take my order after I was seated. He acted like he didn't want to be there at all. The waitress who ended up serving my pizza was rude and had a bad attitude the entire time.

After I was done eating, the waiter and waitress who served my table disappeared (no idea where they headed off to) and I had to call over another waitress to ask for the check. She also had a bad attitude 👎

The only thing I enjoyed was the parmesan garlic bread, which was soft, cheesy, and garlic-y (just the way I like it). It's the only reason I'm giving this place 1 star.
