I had this food at Trace Brewing, and so glad I did; I'm a mac-n-cheese lover, and this may have been the best I've ever had. It's smoked slowly in the same giant smoker that the meat is put in, so it has a richer flavor than anything you could imagine. It's dripping with both melted cheese and a good amount of cheese sauce, and you get enough for two servings if you don't scarf down the entire thing in one go.
