Blowfish BBQ — Restaurant in Swissvale

I had this food at Trace Brewing, and so glad I did; I'm a mac-n-cheese lover, and this may have been the best I've ever had. It's smoked slowly in the same giant smoker that the meat is put in, so it has a richer flavor than anything you could imagine. It's dripping with both melted cheese and a good amount of cheese sauce, and you get enough for two servings if you don't scarf down the entire thing in one go. I’ve had them a few times at breweries in the Pittsburgh area. Good pulled pork, even better brisket. I’d give the pulled pork 8/10 and the brisket a true 9/10, compared against any top tier bbq joint in the south. What really tickled me most recently is the Spicy Carolina Gold sauce. This BBQ is excellent. They are frequently on the North Shore bike trail on the weekends. We tried it once and made a special trip back because it was so good. My family had the pulled pork which they loved. I'm a vegetarian, but was very happy with the mac and cheese, possibly the best I ever had, along with the smashed red potatoes.
