Subway — Restaurant in Sylacauga

This subway is by far the WORST subway I have ever been to. The workers are very rude, they don’t even greet you when you walk in. Also when I got my drink cup it was dirty and so was the lid. When I asked for them to be replaced the lady rolled her eyes and looked in the cup, then threw it hard in the trash and gave me a new cup and asked “is this better” in a sarcastic tone. They don't honor the coupons in that they add more limitations to what sandwiches you can buy with a coupon. No other store does this. The guy taking our order couldn't understand a single thing we said until it came time to order our sandwich that wasn't allowed which was a Club. Completely ridiculous. We will never return there. I will drive to Pell City, Eastaboga or Oxford before I return there....

If I could give no stars I would! The man was super rude when I asked him to cut me a fresh piece of bread, he literally said nothing was wrong with the already cut bread and said he didnt care what I wanted and refused to do it! So I left…Go to the one on 22 they are not rude like that and will fix your sandwich like...
