Throw the entire store away! Drive-thru order, cook in the back screaming 15min on chicken ok that is fine. Ok pull up $11.70 two piece dark. Order placed 839pm. They pull me up after paying for my food. Im waiting patiently. Employee comes out takes his shirt off stretches for a good 3min puts his shirt back on, goes in sits down has himself a drink. Still waiting..... 20 min goes by I go in. Drive thru girl says mam you can't come in lobby is closed, fine but you give me my order or my money! Two girls is asking what he do with the two piece this lady been waiting for ever. Man in the back oh damn I aint drop the chicken. Lady comes from the back omg are you serious man I am so embarrassed. Ma'am you wanna wait 12 min for your chicken? No I've waiting 23min now. Mind you the entire store looks awful every worker in the front just standing around on their phone. Mop water looks like it's been sitting for days. Food all on the table counters. They had 0 orders when I placed mine and still didn't have 1 order after mine. Finally the lady says you want a refund? YES REFUND ME! Came here on Saturday evening hoping for a good experience. I ordered a breast/wing classic box with two sides, only to be told they only had 1 wing in spicy. I agreed to this. My mom wanted the same exact order as mine (breast/wing) but we were told that since they had no more wings available she had to get a drumstick. When we went to the window, my mom changed her mind and said she wanted something other than a drumstick. My mom then asked the worker about changing out the drumstick to something else. The rude worker advised in a very nasty and disrespectful tone that she had already boxed up the food and she wasn’t changing anything. It’s so disgusting to be rude to the elderly and most of all a customer. She continued to disrespect my mother and refused to make any accommodations. I made the decision to leave all the food behind and just go someplace else. Food is too expensive to be disrespected and talked to like garbage. Chicken was very undercooked and was plain, not spicy. My side was incorrect which was even more disappointing considering I couldn’t eat my chicken. Waited for 10 minutes in the drive through which wasnt too terrible if it was quality food. Once at the window we were asked what our sides, drinks, and sauces where again because the woman who took our order was running around filling them while a guy who didn’t have headphones was the one putting the orders in the computer and she was shouting them out to him. Also, they were wearing masks under their chin ready to pull it up if the health department or higher up comes in. If you arnt gonna wear one properly at least own it instead of cheating the system. Would have gone back for a refund if we weren’t traveling and didn’t want to wait another 10-20 minutes for them to fix their mistake.
